The food was amazingly good and delicious . The price is a little high but for the quality it is worth it. We waited more than 20 mins for our food and when it got to the table it was already cold. We asked the waiter for more coffee and tortillas but they took long to bring back coffee almost like they forgot overall the service can be better but the food was good

El Bombero 408 now has a brick and mortar restaurant in San Jose on Story road. Bro, the tacos de borrego are absolutely FIRE you can tell they cook this meat for HOURS at a time. Service is excellent and friendly. Will definitely be returning to try other items.

So glad El Bombero opened up an actual restaurant. I have been driving by their taco truck for years and pass it up because timing and how busy the place is. Came in on a Tuesday for tacos. Yes, they have Taco Tuesday! Their meat options are Asada, chicken, chicharon and chorizo. I tried all but the Chicharon, maybe another time. All tacos were delicious, Will be coming back to try the rest of their menu. Forgot to mention, very welcoming and friendly staff.

We just got them today not what the hype is about. I order the chips with guacamole and chicharrón and we did not get the chips. We order 25 tacos and we only got 21 we missing 4 of al pastor. We trusted that we were given the to go order correctly but we did not.. not in the mood to go back. It will be our first time and last for sure. We paid over $130 not worth it.

Decided to stop by since it is on my way home from work. Glad I did because the food was good and service was great. Juan greeted me when I walked through the door and made some suggestions which was cool. Very nice guy and easy to talk too. Definitely will be back.
