First time I am visiting this location and was blown away! Had the traditional desayuno which was finger licking goooooood. I’ve been to several Salvadoreño restaurants and I could not get over how delicious their popusas were! I bought 7 of them! I typically drive 45 min north to a local spot on commercial but thanks to this gem, I’ll be visiting this location instead.

The food was very good and priced very reasonably. However, beware of double tipping scheme. Our party of 5 had lunch here plus dessert and coffee. When I got the bill, I didn’t notice that our waitress, who never checked on us during our meal, had added an 18% tip and I also tipped her 20%. I notice the double-tipping when I arrived home and checked the receipt more closely. This, in my opinion, is very dishonest. At least, the waitress should have mentioned that tip was automatically added when she brought the check. We will never visit this restaurant again.

This is the second time that I visit this restaurant and received terrible service. The waitress was instructed on how I wanted the food and reminded again and yet she failed to do so. When my food was brought after 30 minutes of waiting, the steak was raw. I then had to look for the waitress and show her that the meat was not cooked well done. The waitress did not report to ask how the food was nor ask if anything was missing etc. she was too busy conversing with a gentleman sitting behind our table. I am not impress at all with the service I received tonight and will not be coming here again.

I had a horrible experience and it was my last time going there. I went with a party of 6 and after an hour of waiting for a table we went to ask the lady how much longer and she told us we needed to keep waiting with an attitude and I said no need to get an attitude with me and she said if don’t wish to wait any longer just leave. I said okay and we left.

A great location to sit down with family for some authentic food. We had the sampler, some beef soup, and a Nica breakfast con Carne. Everything was tasty and the prices are good compared to other similar restaurants. It was full on a Sunday morning but worth the small wait for the table.
