Our story begins like most great stories… at the family table. Ours wanted to share our Salvadoran roots and traditions with our Miami community and luckily enough we were received with open arms. We would like to thank our loyal customers and welcome new guests with the same hospitality we’ve been sharing for almost two decades. We pride ourselves in providing only the freshest and authentic dishes to our guests and take great pleasure in bringing a little slice of our beloved El Salvador into your lives. We had such an amazing experience at Atlakat Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious , every dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The meal recommendations were spot on and made our dinner even more special.

This was our first time coming and it was amazing! The food was delicious. For an appetizer, we got the birria pupusa. Soo good! But the real show of the meal was the entrees. We got the carne asada & fish tacos. Both meats melted in your mouth.
Our waitress, Mayra, was very patient with answering our questions as this was our first time. She was very nice & provided us a great service. The interior of the restaurant is homey, earthy, and clean. There was a live violinist! The rest of the staff was very nice and attentive as well. 10/10 recommend! We will be back another day!

Had so much fun here! It was a big group of over 15 people. Grilimar was an amazing waitress and handled us with so much ease, which in my opinion, were a loud rowdy crowd. She was awesome! Amazing food, amazing ambience, and would recommend it so much! Thanks Grilimar

If you are looking for a good Salvadorian restaurant with amazing food and excellent customer service then this is the place to go. Grillimer and Yesenia made our experience extraordinary since we arrived. Party of 3 on a Saturday midday, the restaurant is well distributed and spotless. We decided to go with the recommendation we received and it did not disappoint the chicharrones, pupusas (espinaca y queso was my favorite) sopa de res and the Típico guanaco just on point but the Mint frozen lemonade it’s truly recommended just like the nuegados.

Atlakat is a gem on Bird Road. Every time I come down South I make it a point to eat here.
Try the Sangria and the frozen lemonade. (They are delicious!)
