First time here. Staff friendly, but sadly the food was all the same consistency lacking flavor. We ordered fried burrito dinner & Arriero house special. All had meat but nothing else. No tomatoes no onion. Very disappointed!!! Couldn’t tell the difference between the tamale or enchilada.

While chips and salsa came out almost instantaneously, we didn’t see our server for the first time for well over 20 mins after we were seated. We ordered steak quesadillas. Typically steak quesadillas are slices steak, cheese, etc; and the quesadilla is cut into quarters to make ease of eating with hands. Their steak quesadillas are 2 large uncut pieces of steak, cheese, etc; sandwiched between two tortillas, which are also uncut. Even when cutting ourselves (which was difficult), the bottom tortilla was so soaked in juice/grease there was no eating it by hand. The only thing that somewhat made up for the slow service and this, was the quesadilla was very flavorful. Willing to try again and see about increasing rating.

I’ve been a customer here for a while, and unfortunately the quality has declined significantly. The last few times I’ve ordered, the food has been disappointing, either lacking any flavor or tasting completely different from how it used to, in a negative way, poorly prepared and simply not enjoyable. Based on these repeated experiences, I won’t be returning.

The food tasted great their service was fast and on point our waitress stayed on top of our drinks without having to ask and the atmosphere was kid friendly so that was also a plus definitely one of the best Mexican restaurants in town hand down!

Service is hit or miss- tonight we didn’t get our appetizer, when we told her to just cancel it when she brought out our entrees, she just said, ok… no apology. disappointed but the homemade guacamole and sangria were fantastic. Service was good too! I ordered fish tacos and the fish was spoiled. So upset! They did take it off the bill. Not sure who the owner is but shame on him! The place is filthy and needs a deep cleaning. The windows are so dirty its hard to see the lake view. The booths are ripped and dirty. Don’t look up! You might get sick!! The ceiling is disgusting. The vent fans have dirt and dust hanging off them and missing ceiling tiles. Tons of Flies in the place which made it so annoying. This could be such a great restaurant!!!
