Stop what you are doing Tucson. This is the real deal. The food is fantastic. The service is top notch and if you show up on a Saturday evening you can even experience the live entertainment. The restaurant is small and cozy with a lot of details put into the everything from the walls to the dishes.

My friend and I enjoyed our lunch at El Antojo Poblano today. The waiter was delightful, friendly and helpful in explaining several items on the menu. The ambience and decor was charming and festive. Without exception, this was the cleanest restaurant we had ever eaten in. The food was delicious, and we thankfully saved room for the chocolate flan and Cafe de Olla, both of which we highly recommend. Our dining experience was exceptional and authentic. We will definitely return.

This is a wonderful restaurant. Very warm and courteous with authentic mexican food. I had a enmoladas while my wife had street tacos. We shared a choco flan cake for dessert. All was excellent.
The restaurant is beautifully decorated with colorful talavera like plates. The staff and likely the proprietors are good, kind people. We will surely visit again.

The waiter was fine but the lady that brought us our food was very rude! The tables were dirty and the sun was blinding us. They were rude and spoke over us. The lady was speaking to us like we were dumb. I will not be returning ever again. This was my 3rd time trying to enjoy myself but again the way the lady spoke to us is not right. They would not accommodate my mother with another meal as she could not eat what was in the dish and they lady wanted to charge us double. I have already mentioned to a friend about how poor our experience was. We Will not return for again.

This place will be out of business soon. The price of a torta has literally doubled in the last year alone to a whopping $16.40, when it used to be $8.50. This place was always overpriced, but they’ve taken that as a personal challenge. Shocked people are dumb enough to pay these prices for their tiny portions of average offerings. Tiny portions, next to no meat, and poor service. They should have just kept the truck and their old prices. Now they’re only open 3 days a week, soon to be shuttered. This is what happens when greed rules a business. Meanwhile the place next door is killing it with $5 all-meat burros and $6.50 combo plates lol. R.I.P.

Really good food and they take your order and serve you fast. All fresh, the guacamole is really good chunky, the rice is perfect great taste and fluffy, the tacos really good. I tried the tripa and it was cooked perfect. The beans had great flavor. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I’m really picky.
