They are trying to do something good here. And that is a definite step in a good direction. But, we asked for a wine list since we had seen one online. It took the staff quite a while to find one. And it was not what was online. Not by a long shot. Later, when discussing this with the chef at the table, and our surprise that there was only one wine from Valle de Guadalupe, he told us no, that there were more. And then he showed us the two bottles (not example, but the only two). One of them was completely undated and the label was in tatters, both of them were way too warm to have been stored properly, neither of them were on the list.
The food was much better. We had a pork belly dish that was quite good, and a tortilla soup that was as good as any tortilla soup we’ve ever had. Chef told us they are working on a sopa tarasca recipe, and we suspect that will be good as well when they get it dialed in.
Oh, something to know: the entrance is inside of a shopping mall. So, if you take a taxi to get there, they may not know where it is, but they will know the mall.

El lugar está dentro de la plaza en el 3er. Piso. La tostada de atún estuvo muy rica sencilla pero con lo suficiente para dejar buen sabor. El salmón que pedí siento que los chips de tortilla le restan sabor y no se disfruta el sabor y consistencia del salmón, el puro salmón con el pesto de cilantro estaría muy bien. Lo mejor que probé las crepas de cajeta con helado de vainilla, estuvieron excelente. Por último creo que sus precios están elevados. Buen servicio y bien atendido. Tiempo de espera en los alimentos promedio de 10-15 mins max.
