We ordered a large queso like we do frequently. I always want to support local.
But this was ridiculous. Husband returned with queso because it originally looked like soup with butter on top. He brought back with an additional small version saying it was a new queso. It just dropped. Liquid like a soup. No flavor. So disappointed. And poor husband went out twice in sub zero temps.
Will be going into Cicero next time. Sad.

Four of us ate lunch for $100. Nobody liked their food. Nobody ate anything. It was absolutely disgusting. Our coke was good but refills came back tasting very odd!! I’ve never tasted a Mexican restaurant so gross a day of my life. I highly recommend never going there. The waiter even asked us if we liked everything and I told him it was absolutely horrible and he just laughed and charged us full dinner prices! Unreal!!! I wish I would have read the reviews about maggots and people’s food before I took my kids to lunch. I am sick to my stomach thinking that I even took one bite to taste their food. Even the cheese dip was horrible. It had big chunks in it!!

We went there for lunch they charged us dinner prices and then overcharged my venmo card by $10.45 after we left an $8 cash tip. The food was okay but not great. I will never go back there, and I don’t recommend it either. I have a dispute filed with venmo for the $10.45 charge.

I had a Margot in my food. Ordered to go (that took forever) had a margarita then another while I waited and finally got my food- about an hour later –
Not hungry so next day went to eat and I had magot in my pork tacos.
Wasn’t onions or anything else . My meal was pork pineapple tacos.

I recently dined at this Mexican restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The service was just okay, but the food was far below expectations. The salsa was bland, and the chips tasted like they had been fried in old oil. One of us even felt nauseated after eating, which is never a good sign. We didn’t bother taking any leftovers home because the food was simply unappetizing. To top it off, there were toddlers and dogs running around, which seemed out of place and possibly against health codes. Needless to say, I won’t be returning. I recommend LA Cascada in Cicero or Los Cotorros in Sheridan over this place.

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. After a long day of work, my friends and I went out to dinner and spent just over $100. When the bill arrived, we were shocked to see a $44 tip added on. We asked the staff about the excessive tip, and they simply said it “depends on how much you want to give.” When we questioned the 35% tip, a waiter rudely justified it by pointing out how much food we ordered. We were so appalled by their behavior that we decided to leave and never return.
No recomiendo este lugar en absoluto. Me cobraron 44 dólares cuando gaste solo 130.
Y cuando les pregunté injustificadamente me dijeron. Es que mira toda la comida que ordenaron!
La verdad no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Y sí de casualidad vienen, asegúrese que no les cobren de más
