I used to LOVE this place! They had the best pizza and pretzel bread.
Have tried to order over the last couple days- they are either not open, or have stopped answering their phone or replying to my online order.
Too Bad:( they used to be great. I’m sure they are sinking like every other food establishment ).
Not gonna lie, a bit worried about giving them my credit card info at this point!!
Still no food. Oh well. They had a good go with us!! I guess we go back to La Rosa!!

This Dairy restaurant/Pizza joint has many options from which to choose. The pizza is delicious! The slices are generously large. There are catering and delivery options, as well.
The staff are friendly, and every time that I eat there, I try to order something that I haven’t had before. The vegetarian and kosher options really make this a perfect place at which to eat. Rumor has it that they are adding soft serve ice cream to the mix

1st time. Placed order. 20m wait. Salad bar and pizza looked a whole lot better. DO NOT ORDER FALAFEL PLATE. Need to work on unique falafel ball recipe and for 10 bucks, double the size. I’ve had better and cheaper from a food truck. Obvious who had a clue what was going and attempting to coach the others. No comment on the other party waiting for their food to go. Let’s just leave it at she received 1/2 her order before our measly six balls and the second half of her order wasn’t correct.

I was thoroughly disgruntled and deeply unsatisfied with the service I received at this establishment. The workers here have attitude problems and are way rude. The quality of the food does not make up for my broken heart. All in all, EJ’s sucks.

This is your local corner pizzeria for a slice when you really want a quick bite. It’s very simple. Not that great. Costco pizza is better and cheaper but I guess if you live around this provides easy access.

We called at 6:43 and they kept answering and hanging up. This happened twice. Then when they finally answered it was 6:47 we asked when they closed which was 7:00 and then asked if we could order. He said no as the last order was at 6:45 just two minutes before but didn’t let us order. He said the ovens were turned off but it’s doesn’t make sense that they took an order at 6:45 two minutes prior and the ovens were off. He then sent us to order from gel above pizza all the way in Chicago. Bad service with bad attitudes!

Great pizza-by-the-slice, although they only had cheese and not the others on the menu. Seemed like they were short staffed that day, and the kitchen closed early. Yet, despite what might’ve been a rough day for the two staff I saw there, they were friendly and pleasant. The dining area is almost cafeteria style, but I did like that they have a sink on the far side from the entryway where you can wash your hands before eating. EJs could “look” better, but there’s a charm in it being as good as it is despite any “imperfections”, and for that, I appreciate what they’re doing all the more.
