I came here once many years ago with my husband. We were walking down the boardwalk and saw an empty bar with empty pool tables. So we said you know what let’s play a game of pool and grab a drink. We put some money in to play pool and i was deciding what drink I wanted to get. Before I could even decide the bar tender comes up to us and says we’re not welcomed to play pool if we’re not drinking. This immediately rubbed me wrong. We left and i went to the bar up the boardwalk and drank and played games all night. I frequently go to the boardwalk but will never step foot in EJS again. VERY RUDE SERVICE.

Great Atmosphere for a relaxing time on the Boardwalk. Stopped in for a Pint of Guiness in the afternoon had plenty of Domestic/Imports/IPA on tap and bottle; also top shelf liquor with tropical drink specials! Came back later on that evening to hear a Dead Tribute Band along with a packed crowd enjoying the music or playing pool!

To my knowledge, currently the northernmost bar on the Seaside Heights boardwalk. A fun place to grab a few drinks and play some pool. The service is decent and the drinks aren’t too expensive. I don’t believe they serve food here, except maybe like chips or whatever. I’ve been here a few times and will probably be back!

EJs is awesome. Bartenders are great, atmosphere is awesome. Always welcoming…. we had our friend visit recently who is disabled and has a service dog. Everyone at EJs was welcoming to both him and his dog. We are smokers so we love thst there is an outdoor space to hang out as well.

The owner is one of the nicest people you could ever meet!!! The staff is amazing! Drinks are definitely worth what you pay. They don’t skimp on the alcohol! There’s live music, indoor seating, outdoor seating, as well as pool tables inside. Located right on the boardwalk. By far beats any other bar on the boardwalk.

The pizza was good. It was huge. You don’t have to ask for extra cheese because their is so much already their. I would of liked to taste more of the sauce though. But I would get it again. Price was great for that huge pizza and all that cheese though.

Very rude to kids, just wanting to get there money back. Went into to play pool with my friends and it didn’t say no sign that you have to be 21+ to play. Ofc there’s a bar and stuff but are not drinking. We just wanted to play pool. We put in the money for the pool and the bar tender refused to give the 5 dollars back. Called the cops and the cops handled it well.

Your typical local kinda place even though it’s on the boardwalk. Bartenders are always on point never a wait, pool tables with live bands. Outside tables, pick up a pie from across the way n get yourself a bucket of beers

Live place w pool tables and a full bar. It was fun, but the security staff was pretty abrasive for a harmless couple and the bar staff was less than hospitable. But, hey, draft beer and the beach….
