First time trying Einstein Bros Bagels. Went in around 9 am on a Friday morning and there was a steady stream of customers coming in and going out. That didn’t deter the employees. When you come in, you order your food on the right hand side of the counter. You then move to the left and pay. I found that interesting. I ordered an Apple Cinnamon Bagel with plain shmear and a large cold brew. The bagel was fabulous and the cream cheese shmear was very generous. The apple cinnamon topping was just right, not too sweet. The cold brew was a little bit bitter, but, that counter acted the topping and cream cheese. My order was ready within minutes and I ate in the restaurant. I wasn’t asked if I was dining in or if it was to go and my bagel was in a “to go” bag, it would have been nice to have a little plate to eat off of, but, I made do. Employees were friendly and quick. I won’t hesitate to come again and try maybe a bagel next time.

This review is specific to the staff’s integrity and graciousness. I purchased some bagels on Friday. The server was wonderful and the bagels were really tasty. However, today (Saturday), I realized I had lost my small credit card holder that had my driver’s license, credit card and cash. I immediately retraced my steps from Friday. When I arrived at Einstein Bagels, they were closed as it was 2:40 pm and they were having a team meeting. Initially they rightfully waved me off as they were “closed”; but one of the leaders realized I was pleading if they could check if anyone had found my credit card holder the day before. Quickly they checked and found it in their “Lost & Found”. They graciously gave it to me even though I had disrupted their meeting. All was intact in the card holder. This speaks tremendously to the quality of staff hired by the leaders… and the integrity of all who work there. They made my day! I thank all of them for their kindness. I will continue to visit Einstein Bagels at this specific location (SW Nimbus) entirely due to how they saved my day with their kindness.

When I decide to make the time to write a review, it’s always for positive reasons. I’m not one to post negative reviews. This is probably my first negative review as far as I can remember. I ordered a Chorizo Sunrise on a Cheddar Jalapeño bagel for take out and I received a Farmhouse on a Hash Brown bagel. Come on, really? I also tipped, in cash as I usually do. No “thank you”‘s from anyone, which is fine, but a little acknowledgement could really benefit the business. I will not be returning to this location at all, and after reading some recent reviews, I realize I’m not the only one who received bad service in the last year

Sometimes, you just need a bagel sandwich to satisfy the morning hunger. I placed an order online for pickup, which was a good thing as they were pretty busy when I went to pick up my chorizo sunrise bagel sandwich. The jalepeno cheddar bagel was a good choice of bagel to use. The chorizo had decent flavor, and the shmear that came with it went well together.

Not worth delivery service. We’ve only ordered here twice and both times we’ve received just ONE bagel in our delivery bag. No receipt or order on the bag. Just our name with sharpie. No way to call the store, puts you on a recording loop.
Uber eats refunded us for what’s missing but we are at a loss with the delivery fee and tip to driver. So $20 for a single cold bagel on my doorstep. We’ll cut it up into smaller rations to share, I guess. Lmao.

I don’t know i think it was pretty pricy. The food not bad. The bagel was really good I got a jalapeno cheddar bagel. Ohh and the lemonade was amazing.

Every day I can I go to Einstein’s for a brunch of some kind.
Recently I’ve been getting the Nova Lox on an everything bagel lightly toasted, thin and a caramel macchiato large
Salmon is always good and I prefer the macchiato to a plain coffee. Their coffee is great but I prefer the macchiato.
The staff are always kind, attentive and accurate.
Food is great and the physical plant is quite nice. Because of it’s nature, I couldn’t give it a real 5.
Bathroom is always clean.
Most staff remember what I usually order. Excellent!
Extensive menu. Give them a try.

I ordered a sausage and egg breakfast sandwhich with 2 eggs on door dash and received 0 eggs on it. I then went back in and they corrected it quickly, however when i checked the eggs they were an odd grey color on the bottom and disgusting. Something is wrong with this location

Very little spread on bagel and they gave us the wrong bagel. Crew please pay attention when putting in orders . Seems like person taking orders was very rushed, not very friendly .
