This is my go to spot for breakfast! Even when they are slammed making orders, they are always friendly and doing their best to make the lone move quick. There is a reason why it is so busy, people know that the food is great! I love the farmhouse bagel and I change it to a jalapeño cheddar bagel instead of the hash brown bagel it comes with. They have so many varieties of bagels and schmear to go with it. The bagels are always fresh and soft. According to the door they are closed on Mondays due to short staffing, and they close by 2 pm daily so plan accordingly. If you haven’t tried it check them out and make sure to tip the hard working people behind the counter!

I order from here all the time, and they’re always the best. Today, I was sent the wrong order. The store dealt with it in such a kind manner. They redid it and gave me an extra breakfast sandwich. Amazing customer service. 10/10 recommend.

This was my first visit to this bagel shop and it was amazing! The employee, Mike was super helpful with my questions and patient. They were busy but I got my bagel with very little waiting and it was so delicious!!! I’ll definitely be going again!

So I’ve ordered from this location dozen or more times. This last time was huge disappointment. No customer service. Never greet. Location not very clean at all. It wasn’t as busy as the morning. Bella messed up my order, I went to let her know she was very rude about the mistake. Just put the order on the counter. Staff needs to be taught hospitality.

We went on a Sunday morning. There was a line but it moved fast. Daughter had the jalapeño cheddar bagel, toasted with butter and cream cheese. I had a plain bagel with butter and cream cheese. Chocolate muffin, Orange juice, and a bottle of water.
Everything was very good. Prices were reasonable.
We got filled up.
Service was fast and friendly.
Sat outside to eat.

As soon as you open the door you are welcomed with the fresh baking aroma coming out of their kitchen and that makes your craving for bagels even bigger. I’m not a big fan of cream cheese and I don’t like anywhere except for in a BAGEL , let me tell you that that is a match made in heaven. So tasty, especially if it is in a sesame bagel & toasted . Einstein Bros Bagels are one of the best around and it doesn’t take a genius to figure that out lol

I would give them 100 stars if I could. The ladies behind the counter were all very kind and were very welcoming and helpful, though I can never make up my mind on what I want lol. After deciding what I wanted, they gave me the cheaper option on exactly what I wanted. I then payed, and looked over to my right and seen different flavored cream cheeses and the jalapeño salsa flavor had caught my eye, I then asked if it was any good, which the owner said it has flavor AND spice which i was happy about. All of the recommendations they had given me were 100% accurate. I am so happy with what i got, both were such a great combination! I would 10/10 recommend the avocado toast with the seeds, tomato, and spinach with the jalapeño salsa cream cheese. It was amazing! Will be eating here again and telling others, THANK YOU EINSTEIN BROS. BAGELS

Although it’s too small for the amount of business it gets, it’s staff and location keep me coming back. The food is great, Maddie, Kate, and the rest of the staff do amazing work, especially given the cramped quarters they have to navigate during the daily rush. The place just, has a cool vibe, and the staff alone make the trip in worth it.

The food here is always great. Unfortunately, the customer service left a lot to be desired. From the moment I walked in, the staff was inattentive and unwelcoming. I waited about 10 minutes at the register before being told to move to the other end of the counter if I wanted to be helped (I was at the order register). The girl that rang me up was less then happy that I was there. I understand restaurants get busy, but basic courtesy and communication go a long way – and sadly, that was lacking here.It’s disappointing because I love their food but this seems to be the standard here.
