Outdated pricing, they don’t accept the app. I ordered a bakers dozen and was missing one bagel.
Employees acted like they didn’t want to be there if I asked a question I had to ask multiple times and they looked annoyed when I asked them simple questions.
The green Chile hatch bagel was great and caramel cream cold brew tasted good.
Might come here again but overall it was a bad experience.

I recently visited here and was blown away by the quality of their bagels. The texture was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They offer a great variety of flavors, and I highly recommend the everything bagel with cream cheese. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick, even during a busy morning. The atmosphere is cozy, making it a perfect spot for a quick breakfast or lunch. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

The food isn’t bad but the service is terrible. It takes them forever to make a bagel sandwich and even if you ordered on the app an hour before, they give people that ordered in store their orders first. Today I placed an order for 12:00pm and it said it was ready at 12:12pm. I walked in at 12:20pm and asked if my order was ready and they said it still wasn’t ready. I waited an additional 20 minutes and asked again and the person who originally told me it wasn’t ready grabbed a bagel off of the back counter that had been sitting there the whole time. After all of that, my bagel was missing tomato. It was a simple sandwich and they can’t make them correctly or in a timely manner.

In my final year here at Cal East Bay and decided to come here last week because I wanted to try. Wasn’t to bad. It seems that they take forever to make a bagel sandwich. I decided to come today to get something quick. Website says they close at 8pm. By the time I got there, they said they are closed and I said your website states 8 and the guy then said they close at 6pm and I said there is 5 minutes and the guy told me they couldn’t make sandwich and I told him that I didn’t want one, just something to drink. If you are gonna close at 6pm, at least post a sign or cafe hours on the door indicating hours of operation. I don’t know if they are in a hurry to get home but they should give some curtesy to students about the hours.

I’m re-reviewing this place because it has not changed or improved at all in my nearly 2 years here. The staff is often confused and unapproachable. The wait times are horrendously bad. It is a constant 25-30 minute wait for basic sandwiches even without a line. Often times there is a very large crowd of people in the place because they’re all still waiting for their order. It’s a fire hazard and the food isn’t even that great. The sandwiches often come out cold even if I ask for it to be double toasted. Because of the lack of food options in campus this is a go to place for many students on campus, but avoid at all costs if you can.
