Great overall experience. The bagel was toasted perfectly and delicious. Service was good, and I appreciate that they caught a double charge error and refunded me without me even asking, this shows they’re committed to doing right by their customers.

Friday the 13th. Right before lunchtime. Place was busy. Staff was super friendly and hustled. They had a computer glitch so it delayed everything a little bit, but they kept us informed and the customers all hung in there. I got a veg out with avocado lunch sandwich on the ancient grain bagel and it’s absolutely delicious. The red onions are really good not too hot but just right. Plenty of parking. Super convenient location. Staff definitely works together nicely. Casual.

So excited that Einstein Bagels opened here in Vista! I recently bought bagels and a goodie assortment to a work day at my church. The staff were so helpful. Of course I wasn’t sure what to get. They hooked me up with a nice variety of bagels that met everyone’s desires. Kristine the lead manager was extra generous and gave me some pastries to go with the bagels and coffee containers I got. What a hit! Thank you! I will post some pics. …. Also, went there recently just with a friend and their specialty sandwich was amazing! I think he got a maple sausage bagel sandwich (can’t remember the name) that was so good!

I’ve always loved Einstein Bagels. Their bagels and spreads (shmears as they call it) are tasty. They have both sweet and savory options.
Establishment is obviously new, as are the workers, so it’s important to keep that in mind. They’re newly hired and trained, so to expect excellence is naivety.
Workers are nice and helpful, bagels are yummy, and the dining room is still being worked on. Will update the review as I continue to visit this location.

Today was a really nice day visiting Einstein Bagels New Vista location. It was their grand opening day. Got to meet some of the upper management and the employees and all were very nice and friendly and they all had Smiles on their faces. The atmosphere was amazing. The food was even better. Einstein bagels are clearly the best bagels you can buy. They have a great variety of breakfast and lunch sandwiches. I had the breakfast biscuits and gravy sandwich and it was delicious. The coffee was great and so was the desert taking home blueberry muffins and danishes for later on tonight. Thank you management and staff for a great late breakfast. My mother-in-law enjoyed her breakfast and my wife and I and my grandson. See you again very soon.

The music was very loud n echoes hard to hear staff. Turn it DOWN! Staff was friendly. Maple French toast bagel/butter great. Egg, ham, cheese bagel didn’t taste fresh n not hot. Cheese thin as napkin. Coffee good, need more creamers n natural sugars. Going back to Top of the Bagel.

I was very disappointed after visiting today. The place was loud, disorganized and crowded with not much room inside. The bagels were all in a glass display under the counter that looked like they’d be there quite a while and did not look even close to fresh not to mention the seeded bagels had too many seeds — a good bagel just needs a handful of seeds and doesn’t need to be completely covered in them. What’s more important is for them to be fresh and a decent size.

Update: contacted them & they refused a refund! Even after we discovered they gave my kid onion shmear instead of plain & couldn’t eat it at all – did NOT feel ok to go back in to demand refund so asked online – had posted review before eating in parking lot.
Charged me over $2 more for the Happy Hour “deal”!! When confronted, they only gave me back a difference of $1.99 which would have been the cost of buying the small drink & bagel separately – though another employee said she should have just refunded me the whole thing. Why have a “deal” advertised that is NOT a deal?! They also made the drink WRONG. Won’t be back to this location. Horrible customer service for mediocre food.

Store is brand new so it is super pretty and clean. All the food I have tried was delicious and the staff were super friendly. I am so glad they opened this so close to my work so I can stop in for breakfast in the morning. I will definitely be a frequent customer.
