Went in with my husband to order as we do usually once a week. His order is frustrating to begin with because taking egg off of a sandwich is difficult for some reason??? So we know going in that it’s going to be a frustrating experience. We order the same thing, every single time. I ordered a turkey, bacon, avocado, with no tomato and no avocado, add jalapeno salsa shmear. They never pay attention to No tomatoes so at this point, i’m prepared to just take them off. But this time it was COVERED in avocado and no Jalapeno Salsa shmear that I paid extra for. Normally i don’t say anything but this time was ridiculous. So i Called and Ashley answered the phone. She answered with an attitude and laughed at me when I told her my problem. I asked her why she had such an attitude and she continued to laugh and sigh like me calling was inconveniencing her day. I’m a customer service manager, and I would never let someone that lacks basic empathy or respect work for me, let alone answer the phones and be on the front line of the business. This location and staff need to do better.

The staff were extremely friendly and kind. It is extremely hard opening a new business and operating at a high capacity. Once you guys knock down the wait time you will be awesome. The staff also gave us free sandwich vouchers for our wait.

Great bagel sandwiches for breakfast. We haven’t had lunch here, but the menu choices look great. It’s often pretty busy on weekend mornings, but the service is fast and friendly. They have a wide variety of bagels and cream cheese flavors to choose from.

I know this is a new location. I sympathize for the employees being very slammed in the morning, but my food always has *something* incorrect. I order on the app as I leave the house. I paid an extra $3 for sausage on my lunch sandwich & it wasn’t there. Another time red onion was on my sandwich when I never ordered it & it’s not on the ingredients. Sometimes my bagel is toasted sometimes it’s not. Sometimes it’s cut sometimes it’s not. Sometimes I get the cereal pop I ordered most times I don’t. I keep coming back because these are generally easy fixes & get handled right away, but it’s frustrating having to dissect my order to make sure it’s correct every time I come in. It’s affordable for me & relatively healthy so I appreciate having the option but I would like to not be worried about my order every time.

This location cannot handle the traffic. The crew was hustling non-stop and it still took nearly 20 minutes to get a bagel sandwich. I also ordered a different bagel with my sandwich but received the standard plain bagel. It was still good but I’ll only go back when it’s not busy or if they put in 2 more prep stations.

I’d say 3.5 stars. Orderd the Lox. The portion of Lox was satisfactory, the taste fine. Only complaint is the red onion slices was sparse, the capers as well, and put in the middle of the bagel. I liked how the Einstein on Kietzke had the bagel served in half (top and bottom with Lox, etc, on each piece) This location puts it together whole.

Whenever I’m in the area I stop in for a bagel sandwich. This time they no bagels to choose from , no aioli , no potatoe , my chorizo sunrise was cold . My friends am sandwich was awful bacon cold .bagel cold .

I originally ordered a DoorDash and the whole entire order got messed up , so I called the store and I spoke to the manager she was very kind and immediately want to help make things right . I went to the store she made the food and some. She fixed the issue .Thank you for taking it seriously and being kind about things made me feel comfortable to come back again

This place is literally a joke. All teenagers no adults. Says alot right there. Actually there was one adult smoking outside in the back while the line was basically out the door. Don’t order online because when you show up there going to tell you they don’t have your order nor name in there system. Then proceed to argue with you that you didn’t placing your order. Even though we have the conformation in our hand! Then say oh we already gave out to someone and act like it was our problem. So now we have to wait an extra 20 mins for our food which they messed up! also can’t forget all the people who kept coming back in because they messed up their order as well. Even after bringing the situation up they still felt the need to make my food last after there breakfast rush and somehow was still cold. Didn’t offer anything to us for being such an inconvenience either. COME HERE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A HORRIBLE TIME.
