The food is delicious. But the “fresh orange juice” in the cups tasted like water with an artificial flavoring of orange. It was awful! So bummed. This was a first and disappointing.

Lake Mead Concierge
I travel around the city and stop at Einstein regularly. This store is the slowest. I order one bagel and a coffee and never been starved in less than 10 minutes, I’m on my second cup of coffee and there are only two people in here at a time. People are nice, but service is slow. Put a sign over the area to order. Many people walk in at the only open door to order and are eventually told to walk to the other end of the counter to order. Not well organized.

I go there quite a lot and lately its just not the same. My first time ordering the new Maple breakfast bagel sandwich, it was really good. The last two times I’ve ordered it, the bacon has been RAW. Why pay full price for the sandwich if I have to throw away the best part every time? Why not cook it? Lol

Very strange lady that works the counter . I told her my name only for her to yell out “here’s your bagel hun” … the lady behind me goes and she says . Jamie ! So you can remember Jamie but can’t Remember L? Or did you not care to say my name . Either way felt a lil discrimination of something why does my food items have to be yelled out and others not . Even after Jamie , it was Will ! I would recommend 0 stars if I could . Even you didn’t Remember why not just take numbers or something for people orders .

Time is extremely valuable and I must set some time aside to post about a matter that needs attention. I have a lot on my plate as it is. at approximately 9:15 AM, September 24, 2025, I came in to order my usual item I purchase here. All of the sudden someone started shouting at me in a very rude tone to leave. I am assuming that this was the manager, but I have never seen him before. It appears that the floor at the entrance had just been mopped and he did not want me tracking up a cleaned floor. I’m not sure this was the reasoning behind it, though.
I had been a regular at this location for the last three years and really felt insulted to be treated in this manner. I understand that the floor had just been cleaned, but the manager (I’m assuming), could have been much more courteous. Also, the restaurant was open for business and there was not a closed sign on the door. There was a wet floor sign which would tell me to be careful.
I did not get this person’s name, however, I will be taking my business elsewhere until this person is no longer employed here. I will also be forwarding a copy of this post to the corporate office so this matter can be looked into and hopefully rectified. This is too bad I have to be writing this and I feel very sorry for the person that treated me so rudely, because I really enjoyed the food here.

Reasonable thin cut lox bagel sandwich for $9.99 before tax. I was a little hungry so the bagel sandwich was good. I had opted for “no toasting,” which I think was not the best choice. Even though I enjoyed the sandwich, it was somewhat cool (though I did pick up the order probably 15 minutes after it was ready) and I have a hunch that with toasting, it would be warmer and would be even better. (To be clear, even the warmer bagel probably would not have raised my rating to 5 stars 🙂

I feel ripped off after getting their bagel and lox. A serving of lox should be at least 2-3 ounces. They gave me barley an ounce of lox. I hate being ripped off by companies like this. On top of that their POS machine automatically prompts the customer to tip. Nonsense. I wish there was a zero stars rating. Give me value for my money. I’m never coming back unless they make this right.

Let’s get this out of the way: I love bagels. This is my first visit and I hope there will be many more to come. Their spinach bagel is so soft, moist, cheesy and just purely heaven. The variety of the bagels at Einstein bros is overwhelming, in a good way. Prices are on the higher end as expected and well worth the splurge. The lady that took our order was very friendly and welcoming. She got our attention before we headed out of the door to tell us she accidentally left a bagel on the slicer machine. I would not have noticed had she not told me. (My early morning sleepy head.) I really appreciate she admitted what happened and let us know even though it is just a bagel. ：）
