Bacon and cheddar Bagel was good. Vanilla hazelnut coffee was awesome. Felt safe here, we ate outside. Kids had the Caramel Shake and the Strawberry Banana Smootie. 10/10 they said. Clean the bathrooms up a little and you would have been 5 stars.

Stopped here for brunch really delicious bagels, plenty of variety, good price, quick and friendly service. I definitely recommend it. (Jalapeno cheddar bagel /farm house). The cost is also not bad at all. I had this and the pizza bagel with a bag of chips less than 13 dollars.

An order placed at 6:17 am didn’t get into my hands until 6:44am. Multiple customers came in after me and ordered multiple bagels including a bakers dozen and they ALL got their order before I got mine. I had a single bagel, a lemonade, and a dessert. Awful experience

I like Einstein’s bagels and coffee, but there is one issue I have that will stop me from being a customer. Einstein’s coffee lids never fit secure and always leak all over the place. I stop using their cups and started bringing my own. Today I forgot my cup and had to use one of theirs. Of course the lid didn’t fit right and when I pick it up in my car (by the cup not the lid) the lid popped off and I spilled burning hot coffee all over myself. This caused a burn on my leg. I would normally just blame it on me being clumsy, but since every cup I have ever used at Einstein’s leaks and doesn’t fit I blame them. Stop being cheap and invest in lids that work. I have never had this issue at any other coffee place.

They forgot my Pretzel Bagel. This doesn’t ruin my day. I’m not mad, but this is a frequent thing that happens.
Mistakes happen in a busy environment (especially in food service). HOWEVER, It is your job to count to twelve (a dozen) and make sure it’s accurate.
If anything I’m just displeased and frustrated to be the only one who did not get what they ordered.

Lauriana and her crew made my day. Today I was randomly in Northwest Albuquerque and had a craving for a Caribou coffee. Drove to the closest Einstein‘s and found these fine folks. Actually made a fresh pot of coffee for me and set me up with a couple of free bagels just as they were getting ready to close. I would’ve been so disappointed to have the bottom of the pot that has been sitting. Lauriana, the manager, asked if I had a free extra minutes and she would make a fresh out!! Outstanding!! Well done y’all!

Einstein Bros. is where I go when I need a bagel but also need to feel mildly inconvenienced in a way I can’t explain. The bagels are round, as advertised, and come in flavors that suggest variety without threatening excitement. There’s always a line, even if there’s no one in it. I ordered something toasted and it was, technically. The staff are moving fast, but not in a hurry, which is honestly impressive. Cream cheese is sold by the metric brick. I ate a bagel. Time passed. Would return, mostly out of habit.
