Food was really good, the associate who helped us was very thorough and kind. Our food and drinks were ready within a few minutes and they were delicious. I see some other reviews from a couple months ago about lack of indoor seating, but as of the time of this review they do have plenty of indoor seating and it is all open to be used. The reviews about not accepting cash are correct, they do have a sign on their doors about it, citing safety reasons.

I usually enjoy going here. In fact I get coffee almost every day here. If I do end up getting any food it’s the Twice Baked Hasbrowns which are usually awesome. It’s rare but sometimes i get them. Today there was a pretty long wait to get rung up and also waited over 10 minutes and to see that they hadn’t even started the order yet. Then I was given one free “For the wait” but both of these were SUPER OLD, BURNT, DRY and just tasted AWFUL. Both of them were literally Burnt and stuck to the paper. I am super disappointed I wasted an entire break to get something to hold me over until I can go to lunch and that’s what I get. Plus didnt eat them and couldn’t even go back to tell them. I might just not even go back

The service is fast, but the customer service needs work. There was a girl on the phone that was bluntly rude just speaking over me and not helping me with my questions. What happened to good customer service? This experience was not even decent. I hope her life gets better.

I ordered on the app and rode over on my motorcycle, expecting to be able to eat here. No such luck, the dining room was still closed. It’s not March of 2000 anymore. COVID is as over as it will ever be. If you want to stay in business, I think it’s time to reopen.

Be aware that they don’t accept cash. There is no place to sit; they’ve cleared out the seating and it’s grab-and-go only. Staff don’t wear hair nets. I observed one staff work the cash register and return to making eggs without changing gloves.

It’s just ok. The employees are doing the best they can but you can just tell that they are not supported. I’ve yet to get an order correct, the app can’t handle much.

No indoor seating. Staff were a bit impatient. I got the little apple pies and I thought they would be warmed up like they used to, they were cold. When my card rang up a tip I didn’t select, I was told oh well we can’t change it. I didn’t smell coffee like I usually do. I didn’t see tea. Definitely got the feeling to get my order and get out.
