This place is amazing! I have gone here a lot since first coming to NAU. They have a great selection of bagels to choose from! When it comes to their menu options they have a wide variety to choose from. The coffee is really good too! My favorite drink it their strawberry banana smoothie it is the best one I have ever had!
Whether or not you like bagels you need to go here at least once.

Incredibly slow and never worth the wait. Took 20 minutes for a bagel and they forgot the pastry and questioned if I ordered it at all after asking for it. The Einstein on south campus is much better don’t bother with this one

It was a cloudy Sunday afternoon, and not much foot traffic in the student Union. Yet as I wander through the Union halls what do I see? Six workers manning this esteemed bagel shop. I meander up to the register and place my order. Only then would the pain truly begin. I sit down and wait for my order to be ready. 5 minutes pass, I check for my order, yet no food was seen. 7 minutes pass, the same thing. Finally TEN minutes pass and I get my order. A bagel with two eggs. Such conditions. Overstaffed and ok at best. Truly an insult to the Einstein name.

Sage was Soooo Awesome it was beyond belief! Perhaps one of the greatest employees to ever work for anyone in the history of the world! She addressed every single issue instantly and with complete perfection. She turned a bad situation from disaster into GOLD.
