I ordered a latte and it was room temp. The girl was so apologetic, she made it again. Maybe something is wrong with their machine because the remake was still cold. Also, 3/4 full is not a full cup of coffee. Maybe prices should reflect 3/4 full. My bagel was rubbery and the veggies were old and soggy. I did get my money back and they were friendly enough about it. This place isn’t clean but employees are friendly. I’m disappointed in the cleanliness and poor food quality. I don’t think I’d return.

Long wait times to order and receive an order. Then, after waiting 20 min for the order, it was incorrect. I stood at the counter with 2 staff members ignoring me. When I finally got someone i asked them to correct order and add a missing item they were rude about it basically tossed it at me and when I got home the amount of meat on one and missing egg on the other for a 7 dollar plus bagel was ridiculous. The missing bagel was so thin my spouse asked if ordered just a top and not the whole bagel. Just a joke of a visit, wasted 17 dollars plus time for garbage that went in the can.

Disappointed. Other Einsteins are better. Bagels are good but egg sandwich was not. Didn’t toast it as requested. Avocado was a spread and the egg was overcooked. I had lox, egg, tomato, and avocado. My husband’s was the turkey sausage and egg. They didn’t melt the cheese; it was cold. Girl at the register was sweet and patient. Cold brew was good. Nice to have some outside seating because AC was cold inside.

Wish there was 0 stars available. Evrytime I go to this location they are out of everything. Today I went at 8:00am (2 hours after opening). They were out of brisket and turkey and half and half. They gave me the wrong bagel. I ordered the jalepeno bagel and got a plain bagel. I have never been so disappointed by food service. I will never be returning to this location. Thank you for wasting my money. Hope you get shut down.

Einstein is always good. This location is fast and takes pride in getting you a great bagel. I grab a box of assorted bagels and 2 spreads for my coaches, and I am a hit back at the school. I have never had a bad sandwich. Great service!!!

I won’t lie. Maybe it was just a busy morning but they missed a few details on my order and it was right before going on a road trip. So having an incomplete order put a little bit of a damper on being able to drive the rest of the way without having to stop for food. The people were super sweet though I definitely don’t think it’s a service issue. It’s just missing some details because they’re probably spread too thin. I think if you’re just going for some bagels you’ll be fine. But when you’re trying to adjust a sandwich order that’s when things get a little dodgy. I grew up having an Einstein’s bagel on the occasion when I was a kid, so I definitely going to come back here, but it’s just a tiny bit of a bummer when things don’t go as planned.

It might be me. Their app doesn’t seem to be working for me. I downloaded the app to get the Monday specials, the baker’s dozen for $9. The cashier gave me a discount so it was not too bad. But no one on duty could help me with the app. I paid $41.00 instead of $27.00 and some change. Bagels great.

I come here often with my boyfriend on the weekends. We expect to wait because it’s the weekend and we understand weekends are a busy time. The wait could be 5-25 minutes and we are patient.

Don’t order online here. I get it, they’re busy. They are always busy in the mornings here. I ordered 20 minutes ahead in the app going here rather than going to hot bagel deli, just to wait another 15 minutes for my breakfast bagel to get done. I picked the option with online ordering, but next time I’ll just go to hot bagel deli where they’ll acknowledge me when I walk in and take care of me right away

Bagel are fresh and tasty. Excellent customer service and so nice. They gave us free to try their new french toast bagel. She even recommend what creme cheese will pair for the french toast bagel and she is right. Good choice, thank you for recommendation and free sample .
