Watch your receipt when going thru the drive thru. Cashier add a $1 tip that I neither asked for nor approved. Went back the tip removed and spoke with Sophia who identified herself as the manager of the shift. To refund my $1 she rang up a refund for a bogus item for $1.79. Then handed me the $1. Result is cashier gets to keep her bogus tip, and the store is short $1 cash, and $1.79 in sales.

Everything was amazing. I gave the bagelrito a try and definitely will get again. The Texas brisket has always been my favorite but the bagelrito is a close 2nd. The orange juice is pretty good tasting not like other places. The twice baked hash brown taste like a holiday with crunchy cheese on potato casserole absolutely love it!!

Are you kidding me this place has the best Breakfast sandwich’s I’ve eaten in year’s I was not aware of this i thought they only sold Bagels which are also the best but man that Breakfast menu had me stuck so many delicious Items to choose from you can order the whole menu and be satisfied with all their sandwich’s so be careful cause a picture here does say a thousand words Einstein Bros.Bagels you Rock. Pictured. Chorizo sunrise egg sandwich. Half eaten is bacon. avocado tomato egg sandwich . Both were surprisingly tasty I’m more the spicy type..The bagels are soft and fresh. The restaurant was clean with a handful of patrons .we split half of each and was filled up. I thought it was a little pricey but still 5 stars . This is a nice spot for a quick bite. Give it a try.

Woke up in a great mood and decided to grab a bagel sandwich this morning. Ordered through the drive thru and was immediately bothered by the attitude of the girl taking my order. When I pulled up to get my food, the girl basically chucked the bag at me and slammed the window shut without a word. I sat there for a moment in shock at how rude she was. Maybe she was having a bad day but I for sure will never go back to this location. The disrespect was enough to ruin my appetite!

I’m usually happy with this Einsteins but today…not so much. Went thru the drive thru at approx 110pm knowing they might be low on bagels bc they close at 2pm. Noone in front of me or behind…very few cars in the parking lot. I ordered two onion bagels with cream cheese. That’s it. Had to sit and wait for it for almost ten minutes. When I got them I checked real quick VERY LITTLE CREAM CHEESE. Asked the cashier to have them put more on. Longer wait. This on top of the fact that their prices have become ridiculously high all of a sudden. Two bagels with cream cheese just a couple months ago were a little over $5 today they wanted almost $9. Are you kidding me? I’m done. Skimping on cream cheese a long wait with no one else in line and new over pricing? Nope. Not doing it anymore. It’s price gouging it’s NOT inflation! This is an Einsteins that I just called a few months back to speak to the manager to compliment an employee and praise that employee…so I WAS happy. But nope…

We picked up their Monday special of Baker’s dozen bagels. Prices have increased since our last order in early December and the staff can’t make up their mind as to the cost. We met our neighbor in the parking lot and he had paid 50 cents more than we eventually did. That was over a dollar less than we were quoted when we placed the order. Not impressed with the inconsistency. Bagels are great!
