App would not log in (gave error message). Staff said I cannot have the dozen bagel special price and would have to pay full price…. After they’re all sliced and everything . Then told it’s not their fault because they’re a family owned business. Good luck.

Not sure why this place has low ratings.
This chain has always been a must go visit when my partner is with me.
They have fresh bagels and buns, and you can buy them to go and freeze them or eat them as you like.
They sell their own cream cheese spread too.
Staff was super friendly and welcoming here.
Apologetic to be out of items we’d hoped to get.
The wait is a bit – 5-10 minutes but worth it if you plan for it and want to get the quality.
It was fairly clean.
The parking lot was smaller here but manageable. Came around ten am on a Tuesday.
Would return.
They seem to have a good selection of tasty sandwich options.
I like the little outdoor patio in the shade. Would be a great place to pull out a book or do some writing while enjoying a tasty sandwich.

Breakfast meals are always great, but the fresh squeezed orange juice wasn’t nearly as good as i remembered it in the past. Not sure why or if maybe this was just a “bad week” for orange juice!

3/11/24 @ 10:33am the girl taking the orders has zero customer service skills. Not friendly at all, sounds and acts like a robot! Then my sandwich was burnt! Don’t think I’ll go there again. I’ll make the drive to the desert ridge one.

Vanilla hazelnut coffee out. No toilet paper in women’s restroom. If it was busy, stuff happens. But this was not the case. Slow & guy at cash register stood clueless. Young lady stopped her work to take care of both issues while cash register boy continued to stand staring off in to space. Bagels ok.
Apparently I was here six years ago. A better experience today. Guy in the register was friendly & on top of it. My bagels were served fast. Pleasant shaded out door patio area.

I tried ordering two drinks with whip cream as this is pictured on their in store and online menu. The employee told me that they haven’t carried whip cream for three years at this store. Please update your menus if this is the case.

Store dirty, employee playing on phone for my entire 25 minute visit minus the 2 orders she collected money for. Supervision no where to me seen. Coolers empty and very noisy. Just plain sad to see another one of my favorite places fall victim to nonexistent management and lazy workers.

I love Einsteins! Had never been to this location before and will never return. Run. Toaster is literally on fire, not sure how this isn’t a hazard but employees seemed pretty chill about an open fire in their restaurant, but this makes the whole place smoky. I asked for a latte but apparently the steamer is broken so no hot drinks, I changed it and said no problem, let’s do iced with whip. Gave me an attitude so I just changed completely and went for a drip coffee. Turns out I was getting a cold coffee either way. Also with coffee grounds floating on top. Both boyfriend and I couldn’t drink them and went across the street for Starbucks. Also, if you need something else, see picture of egg sandwich below
