I’ve been into this location on several occasions. The register attendant, Key, is AMAZING, as is the rest of the staff. Key is respectful of my Veteran status and always thanks me for my service. She is a great representive of Einstein Bagel and her courtesy is much appreciated!

Usually its ok, with the occasional mistake (forgetting a bagle or screwing up an order), but this time was just not acceptable. Half way through eating a lox, I realized that PAPER was still on the salmon! I just cannot ever justify going again after this.

Searching for a restaurant that will ignore you, lose your order or not follow transparent directions? Look no further! Back to back experiences where I’ve had something irritating happen, but today was the last straw. Never will i go to this location. I hope corporate decides to close this store. First time, my online order was lost. I was definitely charged for it, and employees attempted to not rectify it. Second occasion, i walked in to a slow day, and not once greeted or asked if i could be helped. employees were glued to their phones. Lastly. I ordered online, and didn’t even get my very simple order right. No shmear at all!! Someone needs to close this store or clean house

Quiet spot to grab a quick bite. Place was clean. There was fresh food and love the squeezed orange juice. Service was quick and efficient. Coffee was available. There were many pick up orders ready and people were coming in and out to pick those up.

While I usually love you guys’ bagels, you’re starting to skimp on the shmear. In the past, my shmear has been bordering on almost too much, which is the way I like it. What I got today was a sad amount of shmear.

The staff here is clearly doing their best, but the overwhelming number of online orders really slows down the in-person experience. During my visit, there were about 6-8 people, including myself, waiting around 15 minutes for simple orders, and they even had to hand out multiple free bagel cards. It seems they just can’t serve walk-in customers fast enough with the current setup. A system like Chipotle’s, with separate fulfillment areas for online and in-person orders, could really help improve the efficiency and overall experience.
I’d skip it unless you’re ordering on the app, or through a food delivery service.

Honestly You do not find cheerful happy workers anymore, I believe she’s the general manager. Wish I would have gotten her name. Lovely woman with glasses. Seriously changes this place from just grabbing a bagel to leaving with a smile!!
