Ava was such an amazing employee! She was very helpful, educated, and kind on helping us! And everyone else around her was so nice and help when we they didn’t have a specific item they gave us options which was extremely helpful! They even gave us a discount which me and my boyfriend were extremely thankful for! This Einstein Bagels location is a 10 out of 10! Definitely recommend coming to this location!! Best in the valley!

I ordered a coffee and a NovaLox bagel (made by Miss Ava). It was SOOOO good that I purchased another Nova Lox bagel (again expertly made by Miss Ava) which was better than the first bagel.

UPDATE: Things have improved again. I’ve visited this location 3 times recently and it’s definitely turned around.

This location has regressed significantly in the last few months. As in, noticeably worse all around.
This used to be the absolute best Einstein’s around but every single visit now there’s either a mistake or a bagel quality issue.
The bagels recently are either over cooked or undercooked, and also are frequently missing the cornmeal or whatever they are supposed to have on the bottoms.
Today, they are so hard and stale we can barely chew them.
Really disappointed and have started taking our business all the way to the location at Val Vista and Williams Field.

The team at this location did a wonderful job! I needed to pick up a couple of large boxes of bagles, as well as two boxes of coffee, and they took care of me in less than 15 minutes. Their professionalism, helpfulness in answering my questions, and efficiency at getting the job done were really appreciated. I’ll come back in the future!

Things have not been the same since their manager Elijah left, ever since we’ve gotten a few orders where an ingredient or item from order was missing and what’s the point of placing an order thru the app at 6:03 am if the people walking in at 6:20 are going to get their order first, didn’t get my order until 6:35 and lid on coffee was not on correctly, spilled coffee all over my car’s rug. There was another man waiting for an order he had also placed early on the App, he just asked for his money back.
Hope they’re able to get the store running the way Elijah did.

I have to say today was such amazing customer service! My daughter and I ordered bagels and was told it would be about 10min for them to come out of the oven. There was some miscommunication and it took more than 20 (totally fine with me, its bagels not life and death) but just how sweet Pam was and gave me coupons for waiting so patiently. Also the manager with offering to provide more bagels. Such nice gestures from the staff! My daughter and I felt very taken care of for something that was a simple delay. Thank you all!

My favorite bagel shop. If you like Salmon, or any fish, try the “Nova Lox”. Smoked salmon with tomatoes capers and red onion. One of my favorite sandwiches of all time, including non-bagel sandwiches.
