I made the trouble to go back after they burnt my food. The manager made every excuse to not remake or refund it!! I’ve seen diseases that look better than this random mound topped with burnt cheese. Unappetizing and overpriced. $10 for no breakfast.
The workers are also always just as dead inside as this food. They never ask you for any toppings on your bagel, so if you don’t bring it up during your order, they would legit give you a plain bagel and meat with no lettuce, sauce, or cheese. It’s their way of skimping and saving costs on ingredients. I would rather be served by an AI robot if it meant my food would at least be made right.

I walked up to order and I was asking “is is possible to get the plain bagel swapped for a different one?” And without answering my question the employee went “Name?” And I said “huh?” She sighs and goes “Name?” I tell them my name and they ask me to order, the entire time glaring at me. I don’t know what I did wrong but this is the first time I’ve ordered there, so I don’t think it’s a me issue 🙁

Everytime I come here most of the workers are so rude! I try to be understanding and kind and yet they just are so rude and have an attitude for no reason. I totally understand people have days every now and again but most of them are rude every single time. They also don’t ask if you want anything bagel and it ends up dry and cold.

The bagels aren’t great, but will satisfy hunger. Employees were nice, and the line moved quickly.
They don’t take giftcards 🙁 which is most unfortunate.
There are better food options on campus, but if you really crave a bagel and can’t get to a grocery store, this place will suffice.

I have been here multiple times and every time they are incredibly rude. I have never had worse customer service to my face than I experience here. The food is normally okay, but this last time the cucumbers on my sandwich were frozen/covered in ice crystals. It just sucks that this one is so convenient for Weber students.

Very rude and semi-incompetent workers at least in the later hours they’re open. Gone here a few times and this is always the case. The food is fine if they get it right but not worth it to go at all and have definitely gone for the last time here. If you’re dying to get an Einstein’s bagel there’s one that’s very close by on Harrison anyway, and if you don’t want a mediocre $7 bagel just go to Smith’s and buy a pack of 6 for $4. Don’t waste your time here.

I had such a HORRIBLE experience yesterday around 12:30pm at Einstein Bagels at 3910 W Campus Dr.The short guy helping take orders had the WORST attitude towards me.. actually no, to everyone there as to what I noticed. I’m not going to let this slide at all. “You can’t order that” “it’s not a need it’s a want” like who says that to their clients!? ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I’m a really nice humble lady but this guy had me on my worst side I had to match his energy there was no way I was going to let him treat me this way. I’m a client and I love this place I go to Weber State so I would make frequent stops there. I didn’t even enjoy my food. His attitude and presence made the environment very unwelcoming. Honestly stay away from here.
