I love Einstein bagels. I’ve visited this place quite often. I feel like it’s always a gamble of wether or not the drive thru is closed, the wait for certain food is super long, or some other random inconvenience. Usually it’s the drive-thru not being open. And, my breakfast bagel is usually barely even warm…like you could at least melt the cheese I think staffing and general management needs to be looked at cause really, how often can a drive thru be shut down with a big list of how long the wait will be if I choose to go inside? What is going on there?

The service was great! But in the past the cinnamon sugar bagels were baked with the cinnamon sugar on top. When I got there, there were no plain bagels (or cinnamon sugar), so they said they couldn’t do any cinnamon sugar. Strange? They eventually found some plain bagels and added the cinnamon sugar…which just ended up a gooey mess that burned in the toaster. I love your bagels, but was so disappointed in these. The cinnamon sugar has ALWAYS been baked on and makes a crunchy topped bagel.

This has to be the slowest drive thru I’ve ever experienced. 3 cars were ahead of me when I pulled up and I waited over 20 minutes to get 1 breakfast sandwich and 1 toasted bagel. Set your employees up for success and either get rid of a drive thru or train them to be more efficient.

Either they botched my order so bad that I couldn’t tell it was mine when called out or skipped it. Had to leave after 20 mins. $10 to learn to never bother with this store again.

I had my husband order the country sausage gourmet bagel, what I got had no meat at on my begal at all. I checked the receipt and he did order correctly. When my husband brought it out to me in our car. I was waiting just outside in our car. Everything was cold. I asked him to go back in ask them to heat it up, they refused saying the couldn’t do that because he left the establishment. FYI, he stepped out for just a few moments. I usually like going to this one but I think I’ll start going to a different one now.

I visit this specific location in Pleasant View/North Ogden twice a week. The staff are all SO friendly! They remember my order, how I like my coffee etc.
