Placed a mobile order and showed up to pick up my breakfast and saw this. Made eye contact with two workers inside cleaning up. Knocked on the door to ask if they could refund but neither would come answer the door. Not sure how to get refunded because my order was already charged through the app. Overall very frustrating.

This review hurts me a little because ive always LOVED Einstein bagels, however, the last few times ive gone, they have been incredibly slow and today, the first thing I saw when I unwrapped my sandwich was a black hair in my egg!! this was my last straw and I will no longer be eating here. This is unfortunate because this has always been a staple location for me, but it seems they have gone downhill significantly in the last 1-2 years.

I love Einstein the make such amazing breakfast sandwiches even if you try something new you will like it it 9/10 times. I did minus a star because they discontinued my favorite sandwich but the one I tried was still amazing but not quite what I went for!! I went in this morning to get a bagel with smear and my son had a breakfast sandwich. His sandwich was so delicious. The store is clean. They had our food to us really quick. The girl working the cash register was the friendliest employee I’ve interacted with at this location. I was impressed. I’ll be back.

I came in this morning to grab a treat for my family.
The young woman working the register began coughing hard, barely covered her mouth, and didn’t leave to wash her hands.
At first I brushed it off as her needing a minute and the fact that there were 3 other employees that could take over for her in a moment.
She never left the register.
Instead, she began making someone’s drinks.
I left immediately after that, without ordering.
It’s cold and flu season, not to mention basic health code to wash your hands once you’ve coughed into them.
