I love this place normally but this is the second morning in a row that I have gotten the wrong item. I ordered 2 plain bagels with Strawberry spread and by the time I realize it’s plain spread I am too far to go back and fix. Pretty disappointing as I paid $8 for 2 little bagels that I end up not eating.

Terrible horrible service, they have the worst customer service, They sell you a product on their app, they tell you that it will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes, they came 30 minutes later to look for it and they tell me that it is not ready and they are busy, I have to wait, after 40 minutes of waiting they give me my order and without telling you anything, I never come back, horrible service, they have nowhere to wait, they have no manners and even less are they polite.. When I left annoyed for wasting almost 2 hours of my time I see that Dani ordered me wrong, that the bagel I ordered they gave me another and I ask how can it be possible, they tell me that the one I ordered is over and They decide to give you what they want..

This shop has been open for as long as I can remember, and for a good reason! The food is great, and the atmosphere is cozy while having an exciting energy. Tons of food options, drinks, and of course their own selection of cream cheese to pick from. They have an espresso bar as well as offering drinks they make for you. I personally like that they have treats you can grab for your dogs.

They were out of most everything and it was an extremely long wait to get 3 bagels (only one of which was toasted). The staff seemed to be working very hard, moving quickly and it looked like they had maybe 6 employees there – yet they were painfully slow at getting the food out to people. No seating available inside (holdover from covid maybe?), no line to order, just a dozen people standing around waiting for their food.

Good bagels IF you can get them. No one answers the phone. Don’t know if they are open or not, have certain bagels or not, until you get there & find out they don’t. That happened the last three times I drove there. Server didn’t know what a bakers dozen was, got home with 12. Not impressed.

I love this location, the employees are super friendly, helaman is amazing, very polite and goes above and beyond. I ordered the baker’s dozen bagels and took me a couple of minutes to decide which ones to get, he was patient and smiled the whole time, genuinely smiled! I wanted them sliced but their machine was down, he offered to do it manually, I didn’t have him do it but the fact that he offered showed me he truly takes care of his customers. thank you! I’ve been back 3 times since.

Food and service was fine, but I had to wait 15 minutes for a male employee to leave the women’s bathroom. He also clogged the toilet so badly it wouldn’t flush after I peed.
