Visited after the lunch rush – cozy place to get your bagel fix. Love that we have a place like this close to home – conveniently located in the same plaza as Walmart and next to a burger spot.

Got 1/2 a dozen of varieties: blueberry, cheesy hash brown, plain, jalapeño cheddar. 6 gets you a free spread of your choice! Service was good – although needs a bit more a personal touch.

I visited this location on Sunday, January 11 and ordered two bagels with smear and one tub of smear. I was told my total was $15.35, but when I checked my bank statement later, I was charged $18.35. I did not leave a tip, so the unexplained additional charge is very concerning. I was told the tip screen is only on my side and I must have pushed it.

When I called the store to ask for the owner’s contact information, the manager on duty was unable to provide it, saying only, “I think his name is Mark,” and then told me I could “probably find it” myself. This lack of professionalism and accountability was frustrating and unacceptable.

The product quality was also extremely disappointing. The bagels were very small, smaller than my palm, with no hole in the center, more like a plain bun than a bagel. I ordered a cinnamon and sugar bagel, yet it had everything bagel seasoning on it as well, which is completely unacceptable. The overall quality and attention to detail have clearly declined.

Between the incorrect charge, the poor customer service, and the subpar food quality, this experience was unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied and will most likely not be returning.

The only thing consistent about this place is how consistently disappointed I am.

It takes forever to get your food, have forgotten items from our order and the bagel sandwich looks and I imagine tastes anything like advertised. The eggs are always overcooked, rubbery, and grey. The bagels are also flat and feel like they’ve been steam rolled.

Super disappointing.

Went a couple months ago to get a free replacement dozen (the Provo store had shorted me bagels) and the manager I think his name was Juan? Was sooo nice and helpful and smiling. Will be back. Bagels were fresh and delicious as always.

Pleasant Grove has been waiting for this place, and now that it’s finally here, my family and I have already become regulars. We came last Saturday morning, one of the busiest times (again) and still had such a smooth experience.

The employees were incredibly patient with my kids as they picked out their bagels, and the woman at the counter even helped us find a table since it was pretty full. I love seeing that level of care. Most places get overwhelmed on weekends, but this team handles the pressure like absolute pros.

The food came out hot, perfectly made, and surprisingly fast given how busy it was. You can tell the Pleasant Grove location is becoming a weekend staple for a lot of families, but the staff never rushes or makes you feel like a burden.

This store honestly feels like a bright spot in the community. Friendly, consistent, and genuinely hard-working. Highly recommend!

Amazing! I am so glad there is a closer Einsteins to us now! I got 4 dozen for a party, they were fresh, perfectly baked, and everyone loved them! The staff was very friendly and quick to help me!

I visited during the brunch rush and I was expecting a long wait, but I was blown away by how quickly the team got people in and out. The line was long, the dining area was full, and you could tell everyone was hungry but the staff didn’t lose their cool for a second.

They communicated with each other constantly, double-checking orders, handing out food with smiles, and keeping the vibe positive even when customers seemed impatient. As someone who has worked in customer-facing roles, I know how difficult that can be.

My sandwich was perfect, the coffee was fresh, and the overall energy of the place just felt good. The employees genuinely care about keeping things running smoothly, and it shows through their hard work and great attitudes.

Pleasant Grove is lucky to have this new location. It brings convenience, quality, and exceptional service all in one!

I’ve been emailing Einstein Bros. corporate for over 7 years asking them to open a location in Pleasant Grove — and they finally did! Totally worth the wait.

I stopped by on opening day and grabbed the Baker’s Dozen — every single bagel was fresh, soft, and perfect. The asiago and everything bagels were my favorites, but honestly they were all great.

The staff was super friendly, the place was clean, and you could tell everyone was excited to be there. After years of driving to Orem or AF for bagels, it’s awesome to finally have an Einstein’s right here in PG.

Welcome to the neighborhood — you’ll definitely be seeing me a lot!

My husband and I stopped in looking to try one bagel each. They look like they are usually sold per 6. We were about to leave when Brenda the manger said “What do you want to try?” She gave us some samples, since apparently it was opening day today. We went home and tried Asiago, Everything, and a Plain bagel. My husband was delighted! He says they taste just like a real bagel is supposed to be! I loved the onion and chive spread as well. Thanks Brenda!! We’ll definitely be back!

I visited the Pleasant Grove Einstein Bagels on Sunday, January 25th, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Most of our order was incorrect, and several items were missing entirely. When we contacted the manager on duty—her name may have been Bree—she was very rude and condescending and essentially told us it was our problem and that nothing could be done.
I have since emailed the “Contact Us” section on Einstein’s website and have not received a response. I also attempted to call the Pleasant Grove location on both Monday and Tuesday, but no one answered.
We spent $65.00 and did not receive the correct food or most of what we ordered. This has been a very frustrating experience and has made me seriously reconsider returning to Einstein Bagels or continuing to place orders for my business.
