I love this place! I come here at least twice a week. The staff is always super nice. I’ve never had to wait long periods of time to get my food. I like to go through the drive-through on days I don’t work, but I order ahead most times. Only once have a had a mishap. My coffee was cold when I was dining in. But they brewed fresh coffee within minutes of me noticing mine was cold. So, I was able to get fresh coffee instead, and I was a happy camper.

Coming over from being fortunate enough to live in a city with a Panera, I FINALLY gave this place a try. Ordered 3 items. Only received 1 item. Was charged for all 3. Didn’t notice until I got home, about a 20 minute drive. I debated driving back to have them correct the order but knew by that time they would need to remake the 1 item they actually gave me and I know from having worked in food service – never send food back. So I ended up paying $10 essentially for a bagel with an egg on it.

Everything was completely wrong on this order. I ordered gourmet bagels. What I received was 2 poppy seed bagels, 2 raisin bagels and 2 mystery bagels cuz idk what they are. They didn’t give me the plain spread that comes with it. They only gave me the EXTRA tub of onion & chive shmear I paid for. The vanilla sweet cream cold brew was not a vanilla SWEET CREAM cold brew. Had to tell the guy at the counter how to make it. I’m afraid to even taste the chai tea in fear they put 2% milk and not almond milk how I asked. And I can’t have milk. I understand maybe forgetting one thing. But everything? If they were out of something they should have told me when I got there and had me pick stuff out I wanted. And compensated with a gift card or something for the extra money I spent on the gourmet bagels. And how do they not know how to make the coffees on their own menu? I contacted the company to get my money back. Let’s see how that goes.

I drove 2;hours specifically to get bagels. I ordered 6 bagels and my friend did as well. We both had different people wait on us. My bill was twice as much as hers. I was charged for a bakers dozen. Manager refunded me the difference. After arriving home I only had 4 bagels in the bag. The young man who waited on me had a real attitude. The person who waited on my friend was kind and polite. She in fact looked at my receipt and determined I had been over charged. To get home and only have 4 bagels was infuriating! Especially considering how far we had driven.

The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere extremely pleasant. We chose to sit outside, and a staff person brought my service dog a cup of water and a bowel to drink out of. They also served puppy bagels, which my dog got to enjoy when she was off-duty.
