I’ve been so excited since they released the news for the Oktoberfest bagels! Definitely something worth the stop in. The employees at this location were terrific and so friendly. It was some of the fastest service I’ve received even with a long drive thru line outside. I will definitely be returning to this location again!

Was given the wrong order. Customer service is awful. I took one bite of my wrong bagel and got extremely sick immediately. Thank you for the food poisoning. Before I even ordered while thinking, the employee kept turning her back to me. I will never be back. Will tell all my friends to avoid this location and am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. I should of left as soon as she kept turning her back to me

Very disappointed with the staff working today. They do not seem to understand customer service and lack prioritization skills. Three guests were waiting at the pick up desk and the guy working couldnt even be bothered to lift his eyes when speaking to them. I also had to repeat whose orders I was picking up because he couldn’t be bothered to listen. I waited several minutes for two doordash orders that were already bagged while the girls took their time refilling ice, adding staples to a stapler, chatting, and bagging someone else’s doordash order. No one asked why I was waiting at the pickup counter for several minutes. Then, one of the girls had the audacity to question my work ethic. I highly doubt I’ll assist this company again with delivering their orders.

On the occasions that I’ve gone to this Einsteins, they’ve gotten my order wrong more times than right. I always ask for a 2-egg, chorizo sunrise with NO avocado and NO cheddar because those are my personal preferences. Yet, both are added. It’s never busy when I go. There’s usually one or two people inside and at the drive thru. So I’m not sure HOW this oversight happens. I know I’m not the only customer who would appreciate a little more attention to detail. Thanks.

Got to excited about the good forgot to take pics before my bites. ☺️Drive thru this morning. Great customer service. Was a little concerned about Order reading past reviews yet our orders were perfect. Had an orange juice, toast bagel, chorizo sunrise bagel and churro bagel (Very impressed). Everything was delicious
