I literally was served hair in my food. My food was not made correctly. The manager of the store is completely appalling and embarrassing and disrespectful to customers after her herself, even noticing the hair and realizing it was her own staff member hair that was in the food, she gave me a free card and refunded my money, but I will never be back. Absolutely disgusting 100% unprofessional and disrespectful miss manager very disrespectful. I will never come back to your store. Why do you guys not think it’s necessary to wear hairnets or face shield nuts if you have beards working on the line of food? I think it’s disgusting. You have people with hair all over long hair, etc. working around food?

Come here every weekend to get a new bakers dozen for the week. Order is always accurate and ready when I get to the store, staff are always friendly, and it’s enough food to feed my family breakfast for 5 days all for 20$!

Staff is always kind, but lacks training. I said no to slicing my bagels (I ordered 6) but they were all sliced. Not the first time this has happened. Further, my bacon egg bagel sandwich tasted like cinnamon and sugar. Obviously cutting board is not wiped after each use. And it took forever. The guy behind the counter said a ton of online orders were ahead of me. I get it, but very frustrating.

I ordered an assortment of different bagels once again and they had no taste, were flat and full of holes. I have tried Einstein bagels elsewhere and they were much better. This location might have a training issue? I should have seen the red flag that I was the only customer. Hopefully they can train their employees on how a proper bagel should look and taste.
