Why are they so pissed to sell bagels and coffee?

Edit to move my previous 2 star review down to 1 after they somehow messed everything up, plus I had to ask twice for the coffee I ordered.

Although located in a ski resort area where EVERYONE wants a hot bagel before their day starts, the wait time was not nearly as bad as I imagined. The workers are very proficient and kind. I love going here before snowboarding down Keystone. I come here once a week!

Last weekend I visited the Einstein Bagels in Dillon, Colorado, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. I waited 29 minutes for my order, and during that time, the staff was rude and unhelpful. The employees had a bad attitude no greeting, no courtesy, just acting like they didn’t want to be there. On top of that, the place looked dirty. Tables were sticky, the floor hadn’t been cleaned, and the whole area felt neglected.

To make things worse, they were almost out of bagels! Isn’t that the one thing they’re supposed to have? I couldn’t believe how poorly stocked they were. I seriously had to ask myself what happened here? Is there new management or just no one paying attention? This place used to be decent, but now it’s just a mess. I won’t be coming back.

I came back today to give them the benefit of the doubt unfortunately, it was the same disappointing experience. While I waited a long time for just one bagel sandwich, I spoke to other customers who shared similar bad experiences at this location. It seems like the supervisor, owner, or whoever is in charge doesn’t do anything to improve the service.

I also received what appeared to be an automated reply, and despite reaching out to Bagels’ customer service, no one responded. Very disappointed.

I live here. I have watched this business go downhill. It’s hard to get good help here I know, but something needs to change. I only ordered a bagel with plain schmear, it’s not busy and twenty minutes later I finally get it. The bagels are more like rolls. Not much substance. I rarely come here any more. I miss the great salads they used to have 10 years ago. So disappointing.

When I went in I was the only customer. The person taking my order was rude and got the order wrong even though I said it three times. Had to wait so long that other customers came in and left with their food. Finally they call my name but it’s only half of what I asked for. Had to wait for the coffee then it was wrong and had to wait longer for the correct drink. I saw at least four employees but only one was doing anything and that one guy didn’t seem to want to be there. Not impressed, there’s a lot of other options in town.

Einstein Bros. Creative but not perfect.

Purchased Texas brisket egg sandwich and Bagelrito with hash browns orange juice and nitro caramel cold coffee. Total came to $29.76, a bit pricey for breakfast but was willing to splurge since it was my birthday.
The Texas brisket egg sandwich was a work of art and had a well balanced flavor. The bagel itself was crispy on the outside yielding and not chewy on the inside, just right.
The Bagelrito is an innovative attempt but falls short of perfection. The outer “bagel” shell is a cool idea, however it’s a bit too thick and chewy. Dropping the flour tortilla would make it crispy without being chewy. Ingredients on the inside were a very tasty blend with a nice kick.
Didn’t care for the hash browns. I was expecting a light salting on the outside, crispiness and potato flavor. Was not crispy, lacked salt and the cheese used wasn’t complimentary and drowned out the natural potato flavor.
Orange juice tasted amazing, perhaps freshly squeezed. Nitro caramel cold coffee was good but too sweet. I guess I’m not the target audience for that drink.
Overall, I respect the effort in craft and the desire to make something different than traditional breakfast. Some of their offerings need a bit of fine tuning. Leave the orange juice and the Texas brisket bagel alone however!!

Bought bagels and coffee to have in cafe, they were good. Took a few with back with cream cheese. Realized cream cheese had expired 3 weeks earlier.

Bagels were alright, it took 30 minutes and was put last even tho wasnt last to order, also came in 3 days in a row and got the same order, but it was more expensive the first time and the second time it was cheaper which was nice but I got a side as well for the same order that was more expensive the day before with no side, also amidst all this tried to use the gift card I had and they wouldnt take it, all in all not run well and not consistent
