Although located in a ski resort area where EVERYONE wants a hot bagel before their day starts, the wait time was not nearly as bad as I imagined. The workers are very proficient and kind. I love going here before snowboarding down Keystone. I come here once a week!

Ordered 3 bagels only two were correct. Soda machine doesn’t work. And can someone please explain the efficiency of ordering at one end of the counter only for THE SAME EMPLOYEE to have to move to another register at the other end of the counter have customers pay? Also, Tables were not wiped off. This place needs new management as it is not up to EBB standards upheld elsewhere.

As a local I am shocked that every time I have come here in recent months there is a HUGE communication barrier with the staff. None of them appear to be able to speak a word of English. The staff kept screwing up the order for the people in front of us that were obviously from Asia and did not expect to have to speak Spanish to place an order here. This made service incredibly slow and confused as the staff kept getting things incorrect. Is there no manager here that speaks English? Even a simple order for green chile bagels for us was not understood. While I’m sure these workers are trying, they are not succeeding in customer service. When this location fails, it will be due to making errors in nearly every order, then not understanding what they did incorrectly. If you want a simple dry bagel you can point to in the case, this place may be for you. If you want to order more than one item, or want something like cream cheese on your bagel, find somewhere else. Wish it weren’t true…

The whole experience was miserable. It was not super busy when I went in but I ended up being there for almost a half hour watching the employees text out in the open and stare at the wall instead of making people’s orders. They also assigned the same number to multiple people’s orders so when an order finally was ready it was unclear whose order it actually was. On top of that when I eventually got my order my bagel was barely toasted and borderline cold.

We walked in at about 12 pm. There was one other customer ordering. The lobby/eating area was a mess: food and trash on the floor, full trash can. There were three employees behind the counter. We were told we could no longer order breakfast. The soda dispenser didn’t work well with only 3 options and no ice. The bathrooms were not functioning well. Hand dryers in the men and women’s restroom were out of order, with no paper towel available. One women’s restroom stall didn’t have toilet paper and the other dispenser wasn’t set up correctly, so it was difficult to get toilet paper. I wouldn’t recommend this resteraunt and will NOT be returning.

Wanted to buy some treats for my crew working nearby. We start at 6am so not alot of options for food at that time of morning. Went to get them Einstein bagels since their website said they opened at 5:30am, what a mistake. Got there at 5:15am waited in the lot till opening time but no one opened the doors. I could see a guy working inside who was doing all he could to ignore me. Other customers were showing up but still the doors were locked. Finally at 5:45 I had to leave since I had a full crew waiting for my direction at 6. Is this how businesses are ran now days. This all happened the morning of 4/21/23 in case anyone from Einstein bagels upper management should read this!
