Staff is impolite and it seems very chaotic. When they were out of cream, the employee on the register practically yanked the carafe out of my hand just to place it on the counter directly next to me, before handing me their carton of half and half, which I questioned for health reasons. Luckily, Another employee with curly hair in a bun ran over while exclaiming to her that she can’t hand out half and half “because we don’t know the last time someone washed their hands”. Don’t make the mistake of telling them that you wanted the bagel toasted when they didn’t toast it. Or to tell them that you didn’t want lettuce when you see them putting on lettuce. The cashier came out screaming at me at the top of his lungs that I am being disrespectful and that it is uncalled for to do that. Then he violently threw the sandwich that was already finished for my girl into the trash and when the electronic refund didn’t work, he threw a $20 bill at me. When I threw my drink at the counter in return, he followed me out and threatened me with violence. His partner prevented him from hitting me, but he did throw the bottle at my car. Stay away from this place. Or from Einstein Brothers, in general. This is no way to treat customers.

I ordered the $7 bagel box this morning with 2 cream cheese shmears for $12. The employee behind the counter was training but was super awesome!!! I do have one issue with the quality of bagels I received. After bringing them home and while transferring them into some ziploc baggies. I noticed that the cinnamon raisin bagels are flat. As if they never were able to rise properly. I have received many bagels from einstein’s before and have never had this issue. They are dense and not good. I ordered 3 of them because they are my boyfriend’s favorite. You can tell in the picture that they are not up to the normal standard. I have them in a bag with a blueberry one for comparison of how much they did not rise.

0/5 Male employee with curly hair in a bun who said he was the manager was the single rudest employee I had ever encountered. He screamed at another customer ahead of us who wanted to place a second order and he had very very rude responses to two other customers. We were all appalled. Another customer who has been to this location on other occasions commented that this employee is always very rude. We will try to contact the franchise owner.

When I called about a burnt bagel I was chastised by the manager who claimed to have made my bagel and said it wasn’t burnt. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. Just as black under the cream cheese and completely inedible. Things happen, but customer service matters!

This location is a joke. The parking is awkward and small. There was plenty of staff but the manager insisted on only one person on the register after another employee jumped on the second register with the line out the door on a Sunday. The bagel was fine but the ham egg and cheese was half cut with the egg gooey. Avoid this location, terrible staff and execution leading to an awful crowded experience!

First off, the ticket that had my order was on the counter for some reason, and not where anybody could clearly see it, so I had to wait an extra ten minutes after 15 minutes of waiting. I ordered my bagel ahead of time on their website specifically to skip the wait in line since I had to drop my kid off at school. She was late because I was waiting for so long. I was also late to work and my clients were asking me where I was. All for a bagel.
