I ordered the $7 bagel box this morning with 2 cream cheese shmears for $12. The employee behind the counter was training but was super awesome!!! I do have one issue with the quality of bagels I received. After bringing them home and while transferring them into some ziploc baggies. I noticed that the cinnamon raisin bagels are flat. As if they never were able to rise properly. I have received many bagels from einstein’s before and have never had this issue. They are dense and not good. I ordered 3 of them because they are my boyfriend’s favorite. You can tell in the picture that they are not up to the normal standard. I have them in a bag with a blueberry one for comparison of how much they did not rise.
After speaking with the manager he is going to replace my bagels for me.

Highly recommend this place! Alix, the incredible rockstar of a person who helped me, was extremely kind and quickly helped me fill a last minute order for over 30 people event that happened that morning. Fantastic service, great environment, and of course the bagels are amazing!

When I called about a burnt bagel I was chastised by the manager who claimed to have made my bagel and said it wasn’t burnt. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. Just as black under the cream cheese and completely inedible. Things happen, but customer service matters!

This location is a joke. The parking is awkward and small. There was plenty of staff but the manager insisted on only one person on the register after another employee jumped on the second register with the line out the door on a Sunday. The bagel was fine but the ham egg and cheese was half cut with the egg gooey. Avoid this location, terrible staff and execution leading to an awful crowded experience!

I come in here about 3 times a week and always get the same thing (2 cheddar jalapeño bagels, which I’d definitely recommend)! All their bagels are great but I have just found my favorite and get in the habit of eating the same thing all the time. All their staff are super friendly , they always ask how your day is going and get your order made and ready super fast. Every time I think I’m running late to work I some how get there on time after their fast service. I’ve been coming in for over a year now so honestly over 150 times and I have never once had a problem. Shout out the whole team 🙂 I never leave reviews anywhere but they have really stood out to me that I wanted to say something!
