Came in at 8:30am on a Monday. Service was great and bagels came out fast. We got a asiago bagel with cream cheese and a maple house bagel sandwich. Both were great. Our only issue was that the coffee was just warm and not hot. Had to ask them to put it into the microwave. Will Def come back. About to get another bagel with cream cheese.

Placed an order using the app for pick up. However, upon arrival, there was a fire alarm at a nearby building that had everyone evacuated from the building. Upon getting the clearance to go back in, the two ladies who were there around 10a to 11a, quickly got to work. They communicated and told those of us who had orders about very how long the wait would be as well as working with new customers who were coming in after the fire alarm. They did an absolutely amazing job and deserve recognition for the challenge they had to work through in order to get things back to where they should have been.

Have not been to this location in years! Today was a great experience, the professionalism of the checker/ meal prep person Tyler was professional. This visit took me back to the times we used to come here 20 years ago, when it was our go to. That was when customer service was top notch! Thank you for bringing it back to this location!!
ALSO: I miss the coffee cake that was AMAZING! And I also am wondering why the bagel sizes are so much smaller than they used to be.

Einstein came through for our catering event. Many thanks to Bee for going above and beyond in helping our group. Her communication is clear and professional, and on the day of the event, everything was ready for pick up. All the staff at this location were so friendly and helpful – Bee helped take a part of my order to load up in my car. Best of all, the coffee and hot chocolate were much appreciated by all, along with the delicious bagels. I’ll consider them again for future events!

Picked up from here as a door dasher, asked the guy behind the counter for cream for my customers tea and they had absolutely nothing. So I asked if he could hand me a ramekin to put some half and half in, he looks at me all confused and proceeds to hand over a sleeve for a bagel??? They also forgot half of my customer’s entire order. Awful.

Always came here before work in the mornings. Tommy and Ripple are great guys but I think I met their district manager today. Rude guy. He’s nice to customers but he was barking a lot of orders to his staff. Poor kids seemed overworked and tired of him. Honestly I would be too if he was my boss and I barely met the guy.

they barely put anything on the bagel i asked for. this is unacceptable. won’t be spending my money here any more, i’d rather support Moe’s Broadway Bagels because they give you what you pay for. like i pay extra for avocado on this so why is there less than a teaspoon?
Update: it has been 2 weeks since anyone even reached out. Someone emailed and asked a “Paul” to reply to me regarding this issue, and no one ever emailed back about it. once again horrible services and i wish i could rate 0/5 and not just 1/5

I like Einsteins, but this location was an uncomfy twilight zone. Disgruntled employees, no uniforms, fingers without gloves in milk jugs, and the slowest service I’ve seen at any location. Super weird.
