Really dissatisfied with my experience. I went through the drive through and waited 5 minutes for my order to be taken. I ordered a egg cheese sandwich and a Chai tea latte. They handed me a cup that was only 3/4 full and it was coffee. I’m sure they were busy but it’s not worth driving back just for them to fix it.

Einstein a used to be one of my favorite places to get a bagel. Now their bagels are just sad and not worth your time or money. Asked twice to have my bagel toasted to get it barely even warm. Staff are friendly, but might as well get a bagel at the store and toast it yourself. You’ll be much happier and you’ll also save money.

Now I remember why I don’t come to Einsteins any more. It used to be so good. Haven’t been in a couple years & yesterday received this sandwich. It was $10. It was thinner than any average bagel alone should be. Awful. Flavorless. Don’t waste your time or $. Just make a delicious bagel sandwich at home for less than half of the price. I’m never going to one of these stores again.

I don’t think I can support corporate chains like this anymore. I have had too many experiences like this where there is barely any cream cheese on a bagel. I’m sure the corporate overlords encourage employees to be “efficient” with the cream cheese, which is a terrible idea if you want customers to come back.
