Standard Einstein menu in a fairly large store. The avocado toast came on a choice of bagel with chunks of avocado rather than a mash. It could have used a little sea salt and lemon. It wasn’t bad, especially at the price, but I prefer other types of bread as a base such as brioche or wheat. I also prefer at least a light mash of the avocado. The espresso drinks are much better than the drip coffee.
Service was very good – fast, friendly and helpful. They even brought my avocado toast to the table rather than making me go to pick it up. The space is large but not particularly interesting. The floor needed sweeping. They do have Wi-Fi for customers.
There was plenty of parking available right in front of the store.

Avoid! Your app order will take 45 minutes or more, your order will be entirely wrong, you will be treated rudely by staff, you will be refused the refund you are legally owed for an incorrect order, and you’ll never receive a call/email back from their corporate office. Overpriced trash is putting it nicely.

Well. Disappointed again. I’m done. No place to sit. Thinned out spread, burnt seed on bagel, coffee not hot. Small thin bagel. No handicap parking in front of store. This store could be so much better in its atmosphere and in its food, and thus promote more business, more of profit, more community, inviting, and an all-around better experience for what customers they do get. Very disappointed during this time.

I would not give them one star but…,in the last six months, service has been terrible. Wrong order numerous times, out of plain bagels frequently, saw asst manager reprimand employee in front of customers, always having to wait. Basic lack of care overall. Can’t wait until new one on University, by DU!!! 30 yr customer and now during further to get better service at another Einstein’s!!

Unbelievably slow service! 3 employees standing around, including the manager, while a couple of obviously new kids were struggling, busy and overwhelmed. No sense of urgency. After 15 minutes I asked how much longer it would be and was told my order had just been put in. I asked for a refund at this point and the manager couldn’t figure out how to give me a refund! After another 15 minutes of him struggling, I asked for a giftcard instead just to get out of there. He wasn’t able to do that either. 30 minutes in the store and no food or refund. I needed to leave for an appointment I was now late for. I was told to call back and it would be taken care of. I’m not holding my breath. I’ve been to this location twice and both experiences were terrible.

Place has really gone downhill in the last couple years. Store hygiene is lacking..staff lacks a sense of urgency. Management is all but absent. 20 minutes for a Bagel and coffee seems silly… make that 25 minutes since they gave my order to the wrong person. Such a shame. I’ll be finding a new location.

I am honestly so disappointed after not coming here for years after I had a bad experience I decided to try it again and I had high hopes since I had a lovely interaction with the cashier but they messed up my order. I asked for no tomato 3x on my sandwich and still got tomato on my sandwich. They also asked me about what side I wanted and ran through several option I chose to get hash browns and they gave me chips instead. I watched them put a hash brown into the little stove for me so not sure what happened but this reads lazy and 0 communication to me. I will not be trying this again for a long time.

Usually I like Einstein. But this location this morning is a disgrace to the brand. Mainly caused by the woman working the bagels. She destroyed my simple bagel with cream cheese and pasted the outside of the paper bag with cream cheese.

ordered for pickup at 12:42, when I got to the store at 1:20 my order wasn’t ready. they said they were working on it so I sat and waited for another 20 minutes before going up to the counter and asking if they were still working on it. They seemed confused and found my order, which was now cold, sitting behind the counter. It was missing an item. I told them it was cold and they reluctantly offered to remake it. it’s now over 1 hour later and I’m still waiting for my order. they close in 10 minutes.

If I didn’t like their bagels I would go back. Service is very slow, the place is dirty- don’t look at the floors. It is understaffed for peak times. May need to find a new bagel shop.
