Good product. Nice and helpful younger girl at the register, but the more mature lady was short with customers and snappy to the younger girl. I will not be coming back to this location. Not sure this is the correct line of work for the older of the two ladies. She seemed very stressed and unhappy. If I were the younger girl I’d find somewhere else to work too because she was sweet and there are better environments to work in. Not to mention I waited over 10 min for a toasted bagel with shmear. I’d find a different Einstein location to visit.

Horrible. Every single time I stop in to this location they have nothing but everything bagels and the other gross flavors nobody wants. Settled and ordered a toasted everything bagel w/ plain smear. It was not toasted and wildly overloaded with smear. The staff at this location is incompetent in impressive ways. Please shut this location down and let a well run business take its place.

Great store. Fresh bagels. I go here everyday. Only disappointment is the female Manager. Always yelling at the young kids and the CUSTOMERS This morning everyone who walked in she shouted” IF YOU ARE HERE FOR A DOZEN BAGELS” we dont have any! Wish the owner would get rid of her. We usually love Einsteins but today was horrible, I asked for avocado and got charged $2 and didn’t even get any on my sandwich! Then my order had two large orange juices and I didn’t get any because they were out! That was the last little bit of money I had and I am very upset cause that is like $5 extra dollars they robbed me of!

Regular Einstein’s bagel. Nothing overly special and nothing wrong with the place. Came in at 8am, no line, two people working and was in and out in 7-10 min. Everything tasted as expected. Appreciate the staff that was working.

We love Einstein Bagel. But this location has poor customer service. We always asked to warm up our bagels but this location told us that it will cost extra to just warm up the bagels? If it cost an extra fine, charge me but don’t give me an attitude. I won’t be back in that location again. The sad part is we live next to this location.
