Standard Einstein’s with the usual menu, decorations, etc. The Texas Brisket Bagel with one egg was good. The bagel had more jalapeño than most that I’ve had. The Octoberfest breakfast bagel sounds interesting too.

Service was fast and friendly. Actually getting the sandwich took a little time because there were a lot of pick up orders and only two employees. The wait time was reasonable.

There’s plenty of parking available.

No bacon means no bacon and my receipt included the change as well, yet after waiting almost 30 minutes for one bagel, I walked back to work just to see bacon and won’t waste my time going back to wait another half hour for the correct order. This location always has issues with getting orders correct and in a timely fashion. All of my coworkers have similar experiences here. Just wish it was done correctly since i am at work and don’t have the time to go back, so this is 10 dollars I won’t be getting back or even being able to eat. The team there is nice, just wish there wasn’t constant issues when we order here. I hate complaining but just sucks when an easy dietary restriction isn’t followed.

This Einstein Bro’s bagel shop is definitely the best one in this area. The staff are friendly and helpful and the manager Heather is an absolute rock star. She goes above and beyond for her customers. Even if they don’t have the bagels available that you want right away they will hold them for you to come pick up at a later time in the day or even the next day. They also know the fine print on the coupons and can help with any questions. Really a wonderful place to get excellent bagels!

Heather took my order and Drew handed me my food, both were super friendly. Wasn’t a fan of the chorizo meat patty I got with my sandwich but I will probably be back to try something else next time.

Consistently the worst experiences. Last time I was in I actually walked out because the manager wouldn’t let someone buy a bagel for someone and kept discussing it with an employee after. Today I ordered a bagel with extra smear and the shmear is thin and naked in other places. Go to any other location. This one sucks.

I love me a good bagel but everytime I order ahead they NEVER toast my bagel even after selecting the toasted option. Makes me sad everytime I get my soft untoasted bagel:( also they always slack on the amount of schmear smh

20 minutes for a turkey sandwich that was half made and left on the line while 3 employees with zero customers just stood around and moves at the speed of smell. Insane how much the quality of service has declined.

I tried to get the happy hour deal. It says right on the bottom to upgrade to the Monster Energy Drink for $1. When I tried ordering it, Rob told me that he could not do that. When I tried explaining to him the sign behind him says you can, he interrupted me and was very rude. That kind of customer service and attitude will surely drive customers away. As you can tell by the poor ratings of this store, I’m not the only person with negative experience. I paid the full price but I won’t be coming back to this location again. DONT ADVERTISE PROMOTIONS THAT YOU GUYS WON’T HONOR.
