Maybe I came at a slower time. It’s 8am and there are probably 5 people in front of me. The young woman working the front is amazing. Super friendly. The line is moving fast as the man who is preparing the food is very efficient. My breakfast was super yummy. The egg was not runny or dry. The bagel was crispy where it should be and chewy where it should be. If I’m down in this area again I’ll definitely stop in.

Extremely rude and passive aggressive. I called in regards to types of payment because our cash app card was being declined despite using the same exact card there two separate occasions before. They guy I talked to was very passive and negative and made it seem like we’re aren’t good enough to be in that store using that type of payment. Customer service is really bad! Food quality is also not the best!! They are so busy to preparing online order, that they completely ignore in store customers. I waited at least 20 minutes to order and two of the customer infront of me left after waiting so long without ordering because manger or other workers not even knowledge what was the problem that it’s taking so long to take order when the order line was so long or not even apologize for inconvenience!

i came here one early morning, i didn’t know what to get, so i asked & Kendall the worker, was very nice & didn’t get upset & took the time to tell me some of the best items . i ended up getting a cinnamon bagel with strawberry cream cheese & a caramel cold brew . both of my items came out so good. i’m satisfied with Kendall & his crew.

Whoever is responsible for baking the bagles does not seem to have the same level of quality expectations as most other locations. I have been there 3 times and several of the bagels appear raw and not topped appropriately. Here is a photo of the same sandwich fro. This location vs a different one. When. I mentioned it to them the employee just said “It’s not raw I can cut one to show you.”
