Einstein is a solid sandwich shop. I enjoy their farmhouse on a green Chile bagel with two eggs. Good Sandy and full of flavor.

Super disappointed. Ordered a brisket sandwich, and there was no brisket on the sandwich. Ordered a sandwich with bacon, and it was barely cooked. Also ordered a bagel sandwich and substituted my bagel for a different type and got charged for an extra bagel instead. The manager was the one who took our order and didn’t even offer a receipt. He was also kind of pushy about taking our order. At first, he said, “Let me know when you’re ready,” but less than a minute later, asked us if we were ready in a very pushy tone when we obviously were not. This was almost $30 with no drinks, just sandwhiches that they couldn’t even get right. Could’ve gotten better food at McDonald’s or Taco Bell, honestly. Used to bring our business here a lot, but we won’t be back.

I came on here to leave a review for how wonderful the service was and how delicious food was to see so many negative reviews. I was very surprised because that is not what happened for us. I will definitely be back. I ordered an all nighter on a hatch chili bagel and my 3y got a pizza bagel. Bonus points: the caramel cold brew is delicious as well.

Bagels are always fresh and yummy! Sad to see they still don’t want you to eat in their restaurant. You are forced to eat your somewhat messy (but delicious) sandwich in your car or you can try to find a Starbucks and get a coffee there (just so you can sit and eat your bagel from somewhere else.) Shame on corporate! Put those benches and tables back to use.

This place is disgusting. It’s so filthy. Caked on grime INSIDE the bagel case. It looks like they never thoroughly clean the place. Tables were dirty. The old crumbs and dirt were stuck together after what must be months of not cleaning. The wire baskets holding the bagels had gunk all over them. I understand there might be crumbs but this goes beyond that. It’s a lack of care for the cleanliness of the place. These pictures were taken at 6:30am. They obviously don’t clean the place at the end of the day or before the day starts. It feels like Einstein’s has really gone downhill over the last few years (even before COVID) and management seems unwilling or incapable of doing anything about it.

Fast friendly service. Had a ToGo order and they forgot my fruit cup but we were eating in the parking lot so that wasn’t an issue really. Still a 5 star because they’re cool about everything and informative about my orders. Kids had a pizza bagel and it was really good. We had the turkey bacon which was pretty good also. Coffee was good also. Mile high and house coffee were worth it. No complaints.

Very disappointed. I paid $18 for two small sandwiches and a drink I redeemed a reward for. So basically $18 for two sandwiches. One of them being made incorrectly and I don’t think it was even cooked! Perhaps they were out of the correct bagel, but if so you should probably ask before substituting jalapeno for green chili, two completely different flavors. The bagel itself seemed to be undercooked and then the cheese wasn’t melted and the whole sandwich was ice cold. Given, I walk across the street to pick up the order and it could have gotten cold during the journey. But the cheese wasn’t melted so I believe it wasn’t cooked/heated up to begin with. The food is also inconsistent. My chai was great yesterday but often is weak and flavorless. I feel like if I had paid the same amount at Starbucks I could have gotten the same amount of items without using a reward for the drink and it would have been much better. This was probably the last time I go to Einsteins.

Great bagels great service. Really weird though no tables o eat they took them out. So if you want a quick lunch or breakfast and dine in you can’t. Kinda strange.

Ordered a half dozen of bagels and a tub of shmear. They forgot the shmear and when I called them to tell them, he hung up on me. Good luck in life man! Can’t even get a simple fast food order correctly. Gonna go far in life.

This location made our bagel sandwiches accurately and toasted them. Which some don’t do.
