I’d definitely give Einstein Bros. Bagels in Castle Rock 5 stars. The workers are always super friendly and actually seem happy to be there, which makes the whole place feel welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy and clean, and it’s a great spot to grab breakfast or hang out for a bit. The bagels are always fresh and the sandwiches are really good. Overall, it’s just a really nice place with amazing service and a great vibe.

I order medium-large orders to feed a team of people ahead of time. Almost every time I have to wait for someone to even say hi and ask what I need even if there are 3 people by the registers. Today a girl literally looked at me and then went to the back. I asked them for help identifying the sandwiches since they’re not labeled plus I tried to call 3 times to ask them to do that earlier but their “phone doesn’t work”. The help the guy provided was telling me what 3 sandwiches are (out of 15) and then saying well the rest are in there. They also forgot my OJ so I had to turn around to get that. Plus when I got to my next stop realized they forgot an entire sandwich. No one seems to want to be there which fine I get it but at least act like you give the tiniest bit of a crap. It sucks I spend a good amount of money there and the food is good but the atmosphere and service is so bad it’s just not worth dealing with. I drive into Castle Rock anyway I’ll go to literally any other Einstein’s for help.

Waited inside for 28 mins for a bagel breakfast sandwich, hash brown and latte. The sandwich was very tasty and I’d order it again. The hash brown was like very disappointing. Very small little handheld thing about 2” in diameter. It’s not worth what they charge for it. I believe, but I’m not sure… that the wait was because they were serving people in the drive through and online orders first. There was another guy who waited the same amount of time as me for his breakfast and he was piiissssed! (This was at 10am too, so not during the morning rush) the place is clean and has mostly good food, but the efficiency could really use some help. After a 20% tip I paid $19 for a breakfast sandwich, hashbrown and latte. This is significantly more than I would pay at good fast food restaurants for an upsized meal. So for the price and inefficiency I give 3 stars. If the price and efficiency matched that of other places I’d give 5 stars especially based on the taste of the sandwich. I did enjoy the sandwich. I’d buy it again. Next time I’ll order ahead at least 30 min. then come pick it up.

I’d say Einstein bros bagels in castle rock Colorado have some of the best bagels in town , especially me as a high schooler on my lunch break I can come here and get work done and get some better food than the bad pizza at our school , the service and workers are so kind and the atmosphere gives off a great vibe , would definitely recommend

I was in today around 9:30am-10am getting some bagels and there was a lady who appeared to be restocking the bagels, the gentleman on the register who I would assume was the manager he was in a black button up it seemed she pulled a box out and was waiting aside as the gentleman was grabbing our bagels, he turned to the wall bent down picked up the box and tossed it across the kitchen very rudely and completely unprofessional, not sure if he was having a bad day or what was going on but just felt his energy very negative and very rude towards his team. We love coming to einsteins but the energy and vibes with this young man was just very off putting and not like it’s usual day to day.

Had to wait at least 15 minutes, the girl was nice and took money off because of the wait. Then when I opened my bagel it was suppose to be bacon egg and cheese. They did bacon egg and cream cheese ♀️. Is taking an order that difficult?

Dirty. 6 employees – no one greeted, no one smiled. I ordered 2 items. No one in line and no one at the drive through when I got there. It took over 10 minutes to get my food. Everyone working there looked like they were moving in slow motion. I won’t be coming back.

Michelle is the absolute best. The food, drinks, and culture are so much more lively when she’s in the building, truly caring about employees and customers. She deserves a pay raise or even a promotion!!!!

The food is amazing, always my first place to go when I want to eat out, the cinnamon sugar bagel is my favorite and they never mess up, the workers are always very kind and there are plenty of seats to enjoy
