I love Einsteins, but was disappointed in my visit this week when the $8 brisket bagel breakfast sandwich had little to no brisket in it. We rarely get to go out for breakfast these days, so this experience was such a bummer.

Time- my family loves Einsteins however this location has never had a order ready for me in less than 30 minutes. That’s with order ahead or door dash app even with pick up. This has been going on for at least a year. They are typically staffed well but not sure what the problem is. Efficiency or they need more cooking tools/toasters.

Came in on a very busy morning, in which the team was working hard to get through in a timely manner. It was clear they were overwhelmed and behind on turn around/fulfillment times. They did a great job though and the food was excellent. This location always produces amazing food – Will certainly be returning in the future.

The Cinnamon Bliss Roll is awful. Had crunchy outside with a dry bread type roll inside. I tried to eat it but could not finish… It went into the trash. Do not bother ordering this product.

When we entered the establishment we stood at the counter for 5 min while the employees chatted and stood around. When the cashier finally came over to take our order one of the girls “making the food” turns and says to him “anything they want will be at least a 15 min wait.” We agreed to that time & were permitted to continue our order. While waiting the employees behind the counter were yelling that their hands were sticky and other such nonsense. A young girl went to the counter to order & when a gentleman started to take her order several employees began screaming no at him & saying someone else should be taking the order. The poor girl was embarrassed & stepped back. She had to then wait a few more minutes just standing there until the person who was permitted to take the orders finally did. This was unprofessional & disappointing to witness.

This place was swamped on a Saturday at lunch. Waited for 25 mins for an order of two sandwiches. Not too big a deal, but the sandwich was cold inside and was a sloppy mess. I had the same sandwich at an Einstein down in the Springs that was really good and inspired me to stop here to get the same. Amazing that the same menu at two locations of a franchise can be so different.

I don’t understand why they have hours posted on their window if they are either never open till closing time, or close the drive through 15 mins early without even a note outside, so people just sit there waiting or they have dumped their coffee early!!! I feel like people often write reviews only when they are frustrated, but I have come here so many times because the coffee and sandwiches are great, but seriously change the hours on the door if the employees need to leave by 2p. It’s a waste of our time to come all the way here to leave empty-handed!

the service here has been consistently terrible since it opened all those years ago. i only come back because it’s the only place to get a bagel in this town, but gosh do i hate experiencing the inconvenience of this place!! kids doing tik toks while i sit and wait in the drive thru, giving me expired coupons for when they mess up or make me wait an hour. something needs to change

I waited 40 minutes to order and when I got to the front they told me there was no bagels left. They didn’t let anyone in line know and just let us wait. I would be more understanding if this was a one time occurrence, but this has happened several times where I have waited for more than 30 minutes for cold food or nothing at all. I would strongly recommend going to a different location or not going there at all.
