Einstein Bros. Bagels is always a great stop. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the place has a nice, welcoming vibe.
I ordered the Farmhouse sandwich, and it was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and really satisfying. The Medium Roast coffee was smooth and just right to go with it.
Overall, a great experience and definitely worth coming back!

I had an amazing experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels! The staff is always friendly, but Sidney truly stands out—warm, welcoming, and the kind of person who makes the experience feel personal every single time.
I ordered the Hatch Chili Bagel and a Vanilla Hazelnut Coffee, and both were absolutely perfect. The bagel had the ideal balance of heat and flavor, and the coffee was smooth, aromatic, and the perfect start to my day.
Great service, great food, and a genuinely inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend this location!

Came in this cold snowy morning and the staff was so welcoming and kind. I got a bagel with shmear and brought my own coffee cup and the staff said that the coffee was on the house.

Just saw the manager send an employee home cause they said that they can’t be saving day old avocado, and that its against the rules, the manager responded by saying that they can go home and to have a good day. Glad we care about the customer, good on that employee for sticking up for the quality. Im not coming back till that managers gone

I visited today on a work break. Sidney helped me on the register , she was so polite and accommodating with my requests. Beth suggested I get a Carmel cold brew shake. It was delicious! I will definitely be back. Beth and Sidney have great customer service skills and made my visit wonderful.!

Doors and website state that they open at 5:30. I showed up at 5:40 and both doors were locked. I called to see if anyone would answer because I see two people are working. They answer says yes we open at 5:30. I shouldn’t have had to do that. I finally get in and order and they don’t have any bagels ready, they are still in the oven and I have to wait another 12 minutes. I think I’m going to stop coming to this location because the last time I was here it took me a long time to get my order and the time before that they messed up my order. I got all the way to work with it to realize that they gave me a completely different sandwich than what I ordered and I had to come back up here for them to fix it. I’m just annoyed at this point and it’s not worth my time to come back up here.

The bagels here are so good!! They’ve got the perfect texture and are nice and fluffy on the inside and taste delicious. The store is really clean as well, and the service is amazing. Everyone goes above and beyond to make your order!

I stopped at this location yesterday on my way to work and was so impressed with the staff. I was greeted when i walked in, asked how my day was going, and was treated so well. Great customer service and an even better bagel. I will be back soon!

Went in today and saw what I thought was an incredibly rude customer, I would have kicked them out of my store for the amount and kind of attitude that came from them. Get up to the counter, come to find out its the district managers daughter who was there with the district manager and general manger. They all just sat there and did not care that she was giving that kinda attitude to there employees over a minor issue (if you can call it that), who was very kind yet was too busy for the district managers daughter, she should have dropped everything to give her, her utmost attention, forget everyone who came in and ordered before her, she was the most important person there apparently. I would have fired her for the way she talked to that employee alone, and all the managers who sat there let it happen absolutely disgusting behavior. They obviously dont like or care about there employees at all. Not like corporate cares, they dont even want employees washing dish apparently per policy, corporate will say sweet words about it but nothing will really happen, its ok to treat there employees however they see fit, and concele certain practices from health departments. The kinda stuff I’ve heard from all the employees genuinely hurts my soul that companies like this are allowed to thrive. Corporate at best will continue to treat the manager and district manager with kid gloves, but everyone else gets write-ups and fired. Not the managers, they’ll just get a totally really stern talking to like always.

The food is always good and accurate but it takes ages and the estimate from ordering on the app is always way off. You’d think if they are consistently busy on Sunday mornings they’d hire more staff. It shouldn’t take an hour to get a bagel. They could also update the app to give a more accurate time estimate.
