Was warned this place was slooow to get your order up. Went in a Wednesday and Saturday around 9 AM both times and time to get my order wasn’t terrible. Drive thru had 3, 4 cars each time I pulled up. What I didn’t like was 7-8 workers, busy doing work, and no one sees me standing there to order for a good two minutes? That’s a little off-putting. Food was good – no complaints there. Always look for these shops when traveling, generally treated like I’m valued. Side note – place was very clean, good on display was very good.

I love stopping by this Einsteins. I never use the drive thru, but I do the app and order in store. Staff is always nice and helpful. Food is great! Highly recommend

Disappointing first visit.
Since it was our first time, we went inside to order, thinking it would make the process smoother—not hold up the line. Unfortunately, that plan backfired.
My fiancé ordered a bagel sandwich on jalapeño cheddar, which they had plenty of when we arrived. But by the time our order was ready—roughly 20 minutes later—they had run out, and he had to settle for a different flavor.
If the location can’t manage individual orders efficiently, why allow catering orders on a busy Sunday? To make matters worse, the staff didn’t seem to be in great spirits either.
The food was good, but the long wait, lack of organization, and overall experience make it hard to justify coming back.

If i wanted to/had time to wait for my food 35+ minutes i would not have wasted my time placing an online order. I placed an order online knowing i was 25 minutes Away and i still had to wait 35+ minutes for my order when i got there.i gave it enough time. If you cant keep up with the demand, either hire more people or take away the online ordering option and just do drive through or walk ins.

Mikayla and Karen were so friendly, made my order to what I wanted, they didn’t have a way to make the hot chai at the time, but they worked something out that I was happy with. 1st time coming into the Einstein in Hutto and I’m happy I stopped by. Nice ambiance, clean and staffs is very efficient. Now I gotta go taste my bagels.

Went in 1:53pm, they close at 2pm. I order pepperoni bagel, and garden avocado. Got the food, then saw Avocado Veg Out, had to try it. Feel so bad to do add on, when it’s 3 mins from closing. They accept the order. I appreciate them for this.
