Rating 2 stars because staff was very friendly but I believe my eggs on my bacon and cheddar bagel were bad. I get this item every visit so I know what I experienced was not normal. Personally working in food service before I wouldn’t have served this if it even looked questionable.

This location used to be fast and efficient. I sat at the speaker for almost 10 minutes before they even decided to take my order. Then when I ordered she act like she didn’t hear me. I got to the window to pay and sat there for another 10 minutes. There was only one other person in line. There is no reason I should’ve had to wait over 20 minutes to order and receive my food. I’m actually writing this at the window and I’m still waiting to pay. I will be finding a new location to go to because this is ridiculous. I’m over it. The reason people go through the drive through is because they are in a hurry. Lastly she didn’t want to add my rewards number so I lose out. Finding a new location

Used to be good. Now is absolute trash. I just left there and opened my bag to find a sandwich so soggy that it was causing the paper it was wrapped in to dissipate. Also, don’t think that just because you tip the cashier might actually do their job and check to make sure you receive everything you payed for. They don’t, so youll end up paying for items you never receive.

I think it’s much better when it’s fresh and eaten in the car or in restaurant. I don’t recommend door dash or bringing it home as they get old and the cheese starts being really plastic-like. I liked my ancient grains bagel!

I do not recommend. First and last time coming here. Food was great. Staff has poor attitude. Asked for a coffee and they said they weren’t serving hot drinks anymore as I watched them dump the pot down the drain. (Still made my wife espresso though) Took 25 minutes for an ice coffee and egg biscuit. My wife and I were the only ones there so it wasn’t busy. Plenty of staff standing around talking and not doing much of anything. Again great food. But the customer service killed the experience.
