I experience excellent customer service each time I go to the Hutto location. My online orders are always ready and accurate. Taste is fresh and flavorful with a generous amount of avocado or smear. Dark roast coffee has a depth of flavor that I keep going back for. Angel was so helpful to heat my coffee up for me. The one piece of feedback is to find a way to keep the coffee hot for customers. Every time I have gotten coffee it has been cool, luke warm, or warm but never hot.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!
We ended up paying twice and spent about $30 on sandwiches because our online order was never in the system. When we arrived, they just said “okay” without asking for our name or checking any details, so we waited about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, people were walking in, ordering, and leaving before us,even though we had ordered ahead of time.
After waiting, we checked in again. The girl with glasses was kind and tried to help us re-order while I was clearly frustrated about what happened. However, her coworker Jay jumped into the conversation and made the situation worse by being snarky and acting like a know-it-all while the other employee was already trying to fix the issue. Instead of helping calm down a frustrated customer, Jay seemed to antagonize the situation.
We then received our order luckily the manager came in for her shift, but then Jay’s attitude suddenly changed. After speaking with the manager she was actually very nice and understanding and even offered us free sandwiches for our next visit, which I appreciated. However, while I was explaining the situation to the manager, Jay was standing nearby making smirks and faces, which felt very unprofessional.
I take customer service seriously, and situations like this could have been handled much better. If you’re in a rush or expecting your online order to be ready, I would be cautious ordering ahead of time especially at this location. Mind you this is not the 1st time I encountered Jay being rude…

This is pretty bad. Ordered two bagels with butter and we got two plain bagels….with little to no butter. I mean you are charging extra for the butter but yet there was ZERO butter on one side of the bagel and barely any butter on the other. This isn’t the 1st time. Avoid going here or be very clear and ask them to do it on both sides…it seems although they’re the workers we must tell them how to do their job correctly.

TO THE OWNERS: Still cannot use your website to place orders as no payment forms can be “processed” (I have 2 credit cards – see uploaded screenshot). The cards are not the issue. Need some feedback on why this continues to pose a problem else we can make other arrangements.

I had a large order (+$200) that I needed to fill on short notice for a large manufacturing company doing business nearby and I had the good fortune of getting to deal with a young lady named “Jay” who took my order over the phone and made the whole process extremely easy and devoid of any frustration despite my first time ever ordering from Einstein Brothers. When I picked up my order the next morning, again it was Jay that assisted me and she was absolutely courteous and professional, and she made me aware of Einstein Brothers various offerings and services in addition to ensuring that my order was accurate and timely. She is an excellent representation of that local locations’ professionalism and commitment to customer service – and we are now committed to continually ordering from the Hutto Einstein Brothers location on a weekly basis because the food was a hit with our team and again the service was first class. Thank you Hutto team and thank you Jay! Oh – and by the way absolutely no AI was used to write this review.

I normally don’t post reviews for “fast-food” but I just had the best breakfast I’ve ever had and felt compelled to write this.
Everything here was awesome. My wife’s meal was also incredible, same with the coffees.
The employees were nice and the store was clean too. We’re definitely coming back!

What happened here!?!? My 5 star experience that I consistently received over the last few months is now down to a 1. I’ll be moving on to another location. The cashier who was once nice with the piercings and knick knacks has done a 180 and is no longer fun to interact with! Ordering large orders in the store has never been an issue until now? Bummer.

I came in today and was greeted by a girl with blonde hair and facial piercings. I was picking up my order ahead and I had asked if it was ready.
She had said if I don’t see my name and it’s not there then it’s not ready and I need to be patient and wait! How rude! I had tried asking for my coffee cup and she had ignored me as she was too busy talking to another worker about personal endeavors.
