Just opened and great new addition to our League City area! Staff was very friendly, polite, and smiling, store was bright and clean, and so many choices of bagels, sandwiches, and other goodies to choose from. I saw a friend and he said “I’ve been waiting for this to open for years!”, and I agree… it is fantastic to have a new breakfast quick dining option here right near the house and on the way to work. Thank you for bringing it to the neighborhood! Also – the app worked great!

New place so very pretty and clean, but also very crowded. There is a lot of online ordering that seems to slow down the in person orders. While we were there the computer system screen with the orders went down and no one said anything. We had to ask repeatedly and then they realized there was a problem. And my bagel wasn’t toasted but at that point we had been there an hour for 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese and coffee, and didn’t want to wait any longer. The bagels were delicious and the coffee was hot and great tasting.

Just want to say that the service provided by the employees at this location was wonderful! Ordered some things for our corporate office and they had my whole order ready to go by the time I got there which was as soon as they opened! Amber was extremely helpful and patient with me throughout the whole ordering process! Thank you to the folks at this location! The bagels were a hit at work. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be ordering for our team again!

Our food was very good we got just their bagels in an assortment of flavors. Staff was really nice but we got home and realized we were missing 2 bagles in our order. I’m not holding that against them as this place is very new and both times I’ve gone it’s been packed with lines almost out the door.

Came here as soon as I heard they opened. I love these bagels. Mine was delicious. It was a slow morning today but the shift leader was pretty rude, I had a coupon but..idk it was lie that annoyed her. I kept having to repeat myself…and it got to the point where the manager had to step in because she could tell she was not doing good. Other than that..it was good

Heard they opened this location and I rushed over to get a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. OMG the bagel was so good. Met a lady name Pam who came out and introduced herself and told us if we had any problems to contact her personally. Good food and good service. I will definitely be back

Over 30 mins waiting for a single bagel with cream cheese. I don’t know how they fix this but don’t come here unless you have 30+ min to wait. Staff were friendly i just don’t think this store can handle the demand. I’ll try it again soon to see if it improves. The bagel was fantastic though.
