I found out about this location after my 5:30a strength training class in the morning. I went in for only coffee, and got the vanilla walnut. Delicious, no need for me to go for my usual $1.07 coffee at McDonald’s anymore lol. The manager Lea, I think her name knows how I love their coffee and usually come every morning. She is so sweet and always friendly, her staff as well. Well since I am so hooked on their coffee, let me get to the Bagels. 10/10, I get the avocado on apple cinnamon or blueberry bagel, again 10/10. This is always my go to bagel on a Saturday before my therapy session. I see why this place is always packed, their bagels are awesome. Thanks Lea for allowing me to get coffee in the morning and to your wonderful staff. Guys keep doing what you do to keep the customers HAPPY!

I was so excited to have Einstein Bros open nearby especially since all the Paneras closed abruptly last week. Unfortunately, our first experience was a huge disappointment. We placed an order for pickup and two items were left out so my husband had to drive all the way back to the store to get those two items. And then, I had ordered a ham, egg, and cheese bagel – the cheese was not the cheese I ordered and they put an entire shaker of pepper on the eggs making the sandwich inedible. I don’t know that we will be back, but who knows, maybe it will get better once they have been open longer? It’s just a shame to have such a bad experience when food costs are so high these days.

I used to love going to this place when it was in another location. Actually, closer to me when this one opened up. I was super excited, so I went in ordered my food and it was $22. Shouldn’t have been $22 for 1 bagel and a drink turned out. They double charged me which find not a big deal, easy fix. Except for the cashier and the manager, both had an attitude from hell. Didn’t really care kept rolling their eyes and kept denying that they double charged me even though I had the receipt. So okay, cool when I finally was able to sit down and eat my bagel. It was absolutely disgusting like it wasn’t even cooked, right, it wasn’t hot. It was cold and I had ordered a hot sandwich. I know this location just opened app but the fact that the attitudes are already there does not Bode well, so I don’t think I will go back to that location just because of the one experience Prince I have had. I don’t like to give multiple chances when all I get is attitude.
