Grateful for Amazing Service at Einstein Bagels:-
I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the team at Einstein Bagels this morning. I accidentally entered the wrong date for my catering order — 10/15 instead of 10/14 — and only realized it when I arrived for my 7:15 AM pickup.
The staff immediately jumped into action. The lady at the counter spoke with her manager, and soon the whole team was working together to get my order ready. This was a large order for 40 people, including sandwiches, and they managed to prepare everything beautifully in less than 30 minutes.
They truly went above and beyond, and I will always be grateful for their kindness, teamwork, and outstanding service. Thank you for turning a stressful morning into a reminder of what great customer service looks like!

It’s been awhile since I’ve had an Einstein’s bagel sandwich. I was starving, and it was delicious. Made to order so it was hot and fresh. I was going to get a bag of bagels to take home but by the time I got finished eating there was a line. What a shame, guess I’ll have to go back. Lol

Great place and a wonderful assortment of bagels. They didnt have any coffee ready to go! They had to brew two different types. I thought i was going in and out with my order but turned out to wait forever for some coffee. This was a total buzz kill. The staff was not as friendly as when I called earlier the response to my question of “are yall open and operating today?” Was answered back with “we have been open for the past 4 months.” I recommend some customer service training and training on a better way of staying on top of coffee. Also a sign on top of the area that yall want the customers to stand at to form a line.

Stepping into Einstein’s felt like stepping into a time machine powered entirely by toasted sesame seeds and schmear. Back in college, bagels were both my currency and my comfort—half my late-night essays were fueled by a jalapeño-cheddar bagel with way too much cream cheese (if there even is such a thing). Walking in today, years later, I swear the scent alone almost enrolled me in another semester.
The bagels here are still the chewy-slightly-crunchy perfection I remembered, and the coffee? Like a pep talk in a cup. Sitting in that booth, I felt both 19 again and exactly my current age (which is… let’s just say “bagel seasoned”).

einstein Bagels is the real deal. Fresh, perfectly chewy bagels with just the right crust, and the flavors are on point. You can tell everything is made with care, from the spreads to the sandwiches. Friendly staff, fast service, and consistently great quality. If you’re serious about bagels, this spot is a must. Highly recommend.

I just love Einstein Bagels. I’m from the northeast so I know a good bagel. Einstein might fall a tad short of a perfect New York Jewish bagel but its the next best thing. The variety of flavors is perfect. This day I had a spinach florentine with spread. I want another and another.

This was my first time visiting this location as I have been a patron of multiple locations for years. The staff at this location was completely overwhelmed. The line was out the door practically with only one cashier. I only saw two visible individuals constructing items. The entire refreshment cooler was basically empty. The young girl at the cashier was absolutely trying her best and was very sweet but got half my order wrong and there was no way I was going to bring this to their attention as they could barely handle the amounts of people they had waiting to begin with. I am not sure exactly when this place opened but things have got to change. There has got to be better organization and more hands on deck.
