Ordered on the App and once I arrived my order was waiting for me. Great customer service every time I come in. Ordered breakfast bagel and an extra cinnamon raisin bagel with schmear. Had an iced Vanilla Latte to wash it all down. Yummy!!

7/20 We eat here all the time and love it for all it’s faults they still offer a good product. Today was different. Their AC was out and the should have closed. For working conditions, but also for food safety. They could not possibly keep the food safe and you can see what I noticed after consuming the orange juice and cream cheese below. The ice maker could not keep up so the drink were not good today. This to me is a red flag when things go wrong, they are willing to take risks with public health and workers conditions and the dining room was too hot to sit and eat. Had I noticed the cooler thermometer before ordering, I would have brought my family elsewhere and never returned. I don’t play with food safety.

I have had several bad experiences already with the older lady at the register. She has an attitude or maybe that’s just her personality which if you ask me it needs an adjustment. Today I decided to come back give it a try again and when I saw her I decided just to ignore her bad attitude when I ordered. However, when I get my food, I got a burnt bagel. I find it cynical of them to even have put the bagel in the bag. That was just bad service! Who does that? Be honest and let me know that the food you just gave me was burnt. It smelled burnt! No way on earth they would have probably eaten that bagel themselves but they expected me to! Ridiculous! I now understand their bad rating on here and on Google.

I stopped here for a quick breakfast. First, the AC was not working and the building felt like it was on fire. This made it extremely uncomfortable inside but I placed an order for an avocado toast on an Asiago bagel. The bagel itself was very good but the avocado was nowhere near ripe ready so it was just plain terrible and gross. I paid for an avocado toast bagel and pretty much only received a bagel. The service was very good and respectful so I didn’t have any issues in that department. I would probably stop here again if the AC is working but I definitely won’t order anything with avocado.

Been to this location a few times. My most recent trip prompted my review. I’m not shocked to see other similar reviewers on here. Store layout already causes confusion. Placed my order with a cashier that wasn’t helpful in a smooth ordering process. Clearly didn’t want to be there or want to help. After placing my order the store traffic picked up. I watched order after order be delivered to the customers that came in behind me. About 5 orders placed after me came out before mine. Bagels were slightly burnt, but did taste alright. Coffee was a disaster. You can taste the burnt coffee and the amount of sweetener and creamer made it impossible to drink. Mixed up the sizes for the orders too. I would’ve been okay with a larger size but was smaller than ordered. Would’ve addressed these with the staff but staff was not approachable, friendly and clearly didn’t care. Only eat here if you have to.

Came in around 11:40am on June 11 2023 to use a welcome reward for a free bagel & shmear with purchase. I stood around thinking you ordered before going to the register and so did the person behind me. It wasn’t until he asked twice where we were supposed to order that they said the register. Also I was told when I asked to use a welcome reward, it had to be done only thru a mobile order. I was surprised since a lot of other companies in general, you can just order in person and use the reward. They seem very disorganized and not customer service focused. Not a single employee seemed helpful and just focused on their one task. It takes 2 seconds to look up and see a customer just standing there looking at you and be like hey you order up there. I stood around for about 15 mins and watched like 10 people get their orders before me before I asked and the employee was like did you check over there? And pointed to my mobile order just sitting on the shelf. I had no idea how the mobile order worked because no one explained where you’re supposed to pick it up or said anything to me even after the man said I had to make a mobile order, it doesn’t show what you’re supposed to do on the app and I didn’t even see an email…. Super turned off by this location, the use of the app, and honestly might just not come back to Einstein again after my first time.

I just came in at 1:30pm. The guys were taking cared of some orders, but no one took the time to acknowledge that I was standing there waiting to get helped for over 5 min. Another customer walked in and how thrown off as well by the lack of customer service. Finally we asked if they were still taking orders, to where the guy on the prep line says yes, go to the register. I tell him “you could of told me that 5 min ago that I’ve been waiting”. His answer was “you could of used your common sense” and kept on going at me. That is beyond rude, I asked for the manager and he proudly said “sure, she’s here listening” the “manager” was there laughing at the whole ordeal! I go ahead to ask her if that is how they treat customers, she was still laughing saying that she didn’t know what I was talking about and why I was so angry. Well, thank to customers the place stays in business correct? Apparently they do not care. It’s so sad that some places hire people that instead of retaining customers they just push them away. That is how a business goes bankrupt. Worse than the guy that as the manager laughing at everything. Today is 05/25/23 @ 1:30pm.

I should of read the reviews before coming to this location my breakfast sandwich was cold mins after ordering it. And the worker who handed it to me looked fed up or it was too early in the morning for her. I love Einstein Bros its a shame there is such a thing as a bad location. And reading the most recent reviews and nothing has change they would do themselves a favor and hire new management that cares. FR

No, no and just no – all three people in front of us wanted to either get a refund or the correct order. One person was given a refund and the other people were told “that’s what you ordered!” Rather than leaving we decided to stick it out and when they placed my bag on the counter I asked who it was for and the man said, “I don’t know.” They don’t put names on the bags. It was the worst Einstein brothers bagel experience I’ve ever had!!! My son said,”worst dining experience we’ve ever had in America!”
