I really like Einstein Bagels, but this location is soooo slow! Most Einstein places you are in and out, but not this location. If you are in a rush forget about it. Also you are lucky to have the bangel you ask for on your signature sandwiches. I do not think this location is managed very well. The food is good if they make it correctly. Sometimes they miss ingredients or barely put any smear on it. Always check your purchase at this location. Corp office please check their response times. The employees seem nice but they also seem to have the deer in the headlights routine going on here. Please help improve this location. Thank you!

Be warned. On Doordash they do not let you select what kind of coffee you want, making you either call the store or reach DD customer support (which sorta defeats the purpose of placing an order if you need to talk to someone after).. they also do not let you pick cream or sugar ANYWHERE on their menu. I requested it via DD support and they called the store and I was told I would get cream and sugar. Surprise surprise, no cream and sugar.
It is a small thing, but it adds up. They also have a lot of menu items where you cannot remove the cheese, which is also a shame for those of us here that cannot eat cheese but still want to order something here. Get your online menu up to date and have someone review it. It is not good.

Pretty sure they serve day old bagels as they are missing that yummy chew that I have experienced a bunch of other Einstein. I thought it may have been a one off but today was my second time going in a month and same thing.

I was really disappointed with my experience with the bagels from. Firstly, the amount of spread they gave was laughable; it was like they were rationing it. Secondly, the bagels were burnt to a crisp, which completely ruined the taste. And to top it all off, they managed to mess up my order. Overall, it was a complete letdown, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Very disappointed, my first time being here, around 11:50 am Sunday Feb 8th they had me waiting for about 40 minutes, so when I asked about my order they started to work on it. Are you kidding me? I was waiting for 40 minutes assuming they at least had started working on it. Mind you they didn’t even had many people! No apologies, no warning about the waiting time no nothing.
