I ordered a specific sandwich through the Einstein Bros website. When I picked it up, no one told me they were out of the bread I ordered. I only found out after opening the sandwich and seeing it was made on a bread I don’t like.
I called to ask for a refund or a remake, and they said they could remake it. I told them exactly which bread I wanted this time. They gave me a complimentary smoothie, which I appreciated—until I opened the remade sandwich and found a hair in it.
For context: I have tight, curly hair. The hair in my sandwich was straight/wavy, so it clearly wasn’t mine.
At that point, I was done. Between not communicating substitutions and a basic sanitation issue, it’s clear quality control is not a priority here. You can keep the $15.

The team was rude, when I asked for the cold brew I ordered, they had forgetten it and were visibly upset that I wanted them to make it. Additionally “double shmear” is what the picture shows.

this is my first time ever coming to an Einstein bros. and i will be coming back!! everyone was friendly, and i was seriously just in and out. i came on 10/3 at around like 12 and the staff at that time were all so lovley! my bagel is actually perfect and i really enjoyed my cold brew as well! im for sure coming back to try a sandwhich and a diffrent drink thsi next time, and im gonna become a rewards member cause im now ebbs biggest fan hehe <3

I hadn’t been in a long time so decided to stop after early morning workout. Got coffee ( and the Vanilla Hazelnut is very good) with a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with butter. The bagel was burnt and all you smell and taste was the burnt flavor. Should have been easily seen by person buttering bagel but what you get when employees just don’t care. Will be a long time before I try again.

I’VE BEEN WANTING TO GO HERE FOR FOREVER BECAUSE I ABSOLUTELY LOVE BAGELS!! I was incredibly nervous to try this restaurant just because sometimes places do disappoint…but not this one!
I was completely blown away by this place! Not only were the bagels just out of this world, but they had things I wouldn’t have expected as well as having such a kind staff that was so kind and so informative and helpful! Also. I don’t know who came up with their to go bagel boxes, but someone needs to give them a medal. So. Incredibly. Clever. Not only do they hold the bagels inside, but the box itself has these little cubby shelves that hold 2 cream cheese tubs on the sides! All with a nice safe handle! Please go and try this restaurant. Out. Of. This. World.
Also side note: they keep this place so clean and tidy! Very Covid safe!! Everyone wears masks and gloves!

I’ve been in the hospital with my fiancé for over a month now. I decided to celebrate by getting my co-workers a thank you present for being so supportive during all of this. When I walked into the store I was greeted by overwhelmingly friendly staff and a manager who was happy to help. The people at this location are absolutely wonderful and I can’t wait to come back!

Ordered online and it was done in a timely manner. Was already ready on the table by the time I arrived. However, all the bagels didn’t have very much cream cheese in my opinion. Looked like they just put a small glob in the middle and didn’t spread it.

Was here on a Friday morning around 9 AM, there were three people standing around and only one person actually working on anything. When she asked for someone else to grab bagels for her I could hear the eye roll from across the restaurant.
