I love EBB but decided long ago not to visit this location (Colleyville) due to the service and the food. However, today I was short on time and ordered from the Colleyville store and I’ve never been more disappointed. The food, it’s appearance, and it’s lack of ingredients is absolutely shameful. Picked up the Fresh & Ready Dozen Bagel box for work this morning in the drive thru and noticed the girl working took it upon herself to add a $2 tip to my order. How is that even ethical? Won’t be going back there.

I had a slightly big order early in the morning . I went inside so as not to put pressure on the drive thru. Everything was great, but some of the staff started freaking out about being busy. Not very professional. Otherwise it would have been a great experience.

This location has the most wildly varying quality of service. Sometimes the bagels will be properly toasted, other time they’d look like they’d been smashed flat. The Avocado toast would sometimes have so much salt that its inedible and other times no salt or seasoning at all. Cream cheese sometimes overflowing inside the bagel, sometimes barely any. Give that they charge a decent bit for these bagels, it seems like poor value to buy from here given the wildly variable quality of service. The staff is very courteous of course and there are no complaints from that end, but the actual food is not consistent.
