The Farmhouse was amazing! I also loved the Bagel and Brew combo for $8 bucks! This location was clean and customer service was stellar. I will definitely be stopping in weekly. What a great location!

Came in and ordered 2 everything bagels. There 2 were clearly 2 left when they were ordered. 5 mins later, when calling my name, they told me there was only 1 everything bagel. This place is very stuck up, as are the patrons. I don’t live in this area so I guess the customers and employees knew it. Stay away from the Einstein in colleyville.
I decided to give them another chance and bc it was on the way home. Unfortunately, this location has a bunch of young people working that are really good at ignoring customers. I waited for 5min before someone told me to order at the register where customers pay and not where they order from. Not once did any employees look our way or say, “Sorry, we are super busy and will be right with you.”
1 other thing to note, the 3 or 4 times I have been in, and its been at different times during the day, the tables had crumbs and straw wrappers, hadn’t been wiped down.

I ordered an all nighter from the drive thru in Colleyville at about 11:00am or 11:10am on Nov. 11 2025 It was barely warm and the cheese on the begal looked like they put a square piece of cheese on top the spinach. Then I found 3 hairs baked in it. And NO it was as not the spinach. These were ACTUAL HAIRS! I will never go back there again! So I wasted my money on something I didn’t eat.

Since the manager left this location, this place is FILTHY. Tables are dirty, Crumbs and trash all over the floor. No ice in the drink machine and when I asked about it, the staff person got defensive and said that they’d get to it but there “were only three of them there, being girls, cant get to it”. We love this place and hope they’ll take this feedback as helpful.

Unfortunately experienced awful service on my last 2 visits. The cashier was disinterested, and seemed bothered doing her job. Also I have ordered milk by the glass for years and was recently told by a manager that it can’t be done. I left without ordering on that visit but decided to give Einstein another chance. I decided to purchase a bottled milk with my meal this time only to discover that every bottle of white milk was expired. The cashier again seemed bothered by having to search for an in date milk. At checkout I presented a $100 bill for my $17 dollar order and was told “I can’t do that”. In summation, the customer service at this location is abysmal from cashier to manager and I am forced to not visit again.

Normally this is my go to place in the morning! I think that are one of the best I go to, but recently I’m not sure who the worker in the morning is or if he is new but he burnt my bagel this morning and yesterday gave me the wrong bagel for my sandwich. I always peep through to see who is working because it will let me know who is going to do a good job.
